Friend referral did not work
My friend downloaded the game through my link but I didn’t get the perks.
Edit: AND NOW I JUST GOT BANNED FOR “INVALID BATTLES”!?!?! This is absurd!

As i know the refferal system works. But important is you need to use the link for download and the new player is completely new player.I hope it will help. Please contact with us if its still not works.

He used my link and was a new player. And now I was just banned for “Invalid battles”. Which is absurd because I don’t even know what that is. I was playing arena and a few games in a row I was kicked because of servers being terrible after this tournament and all of a sudden I’m banned.

I also referred two friends & they both defo used the link as i watched them do it, still they haven't been added to referred players nor have i received any rewards please help

Same thing has happened for me. Got one friend on my referral list but nada from three others. One friend had to delete and redownload the game multiple times because the tutorial hung up. And don’t bother submitting an in-game ticket, because they evidently don’t monitor or respond to them.

Hasn't worked for me either. Sent a referral link, friend clicked the link and downloaded. They're still playing. I received nothing and referral page shows no referral.

I am having the same problem. My friend downloaded the game from the link but I got nothing in my referral list. He is around level 20 or so now. It just doesn’t work.

Not working for me too. Is there an eta on this fix. Seems kind of insane that this system is in place, not functioning and I cannot get support to respond to my tickets on it

Mine didn’t either and we’re both peaking level 35
I really wish there was an email for support
Now we’re setting in a boat of discouragement with the app and it’s creators

Also got a problem with the refferal program i sent the link to my friend he downloaded the game from link he reached lvl 38 and i didnt get any reward from the refferal program...

So.... I sent out a ton of referrals and i had 3 people interested..... They started playing and only 1 populated in my referrals...
