Why do I not get a receipt in my email with Plarium Play purchased.
I went and bough 3 different packages on Sunday and the first two went through fine and got the item, but no receipt in my email. On the third package that I bough I got charged but no items. I sent in support and keep getting a run around by Tech support telling me to show a screenshot of the receipt but I can't since they nev er sent one to my email.
It has been three days and nothing. I have sent them a screenshot of the charge on my credit card and hopefully it will be fixed, but knowing Plarium, they will just take your money and do nothing. This is a real let down.
Have anyone gotten a receipt in their email the purchase through Plarium Play? If this matter don't resolve readl quick, I will be forced to do a chargeback through my credit card company though they will ban my account if I do. Hope someone from Plarium read this.
Update: This issue has been resolved. I have gotten my items that I paid for. Thank Plarium for resolving this issue.
