Purchased raid pass but not receiving benefits

I’ve had raid pass for about two months but noticed this month that the benefits were no longer active. I checked my subscription and it is still active and I did get charged for the month. Contacted support and they suggested I cancel the subscription and then hit restore. I tried that and the problem still persists. 

That was four days ago, and I haven’t heard anything back from support since.

Have you tried pressing the restore button underneath the subscription banners? i've had a few people try and say it works, also you could try re-getting the raid pass via the appstore/ios store instead of in-game. try those and let me know how it goes
