Did not receive purchased items

I bought 3 large void packs for the void summoning event. I received 2 of them, but did not receive the 3rd one.

I am not able to create a support ticket (nothing happens when I click on a Raid: SL image on the support page), so I created this thread instead.

Please either return the money, or add the missing items to my account.

Same here. Paid for a pack but did not recive. Made a ticket, no ansver still, i give them 24h, If it is not resolved, will try to get funds back through google play.

Not very promising. Same just happened to me. I'm told if u cancel payment they ban u from game.

Just to make sure nothing is missed: 

  1. Have you checked the in-game inbox?
  2. Did you receive a confirmation through email?

If question two is true, then could the people who have not received their items please give me your player ID? 
I'll try to arrange it for you. :)

I'm a little late, sorry for that! 

The support agent I spoke with said that your items should have been delivered on September, 7 at 05:07 UTC. 

In case you're still missing items then I'd recommend submitting a request through the in-game support window.

That sounds like a problem. Here are a few steps & information to make sure you didn't miss them: 

  1. Did you check your inbox? (The chest icon at the right-top of your in-game screen)
  2. Did you check the Daily & Progression tab in the Store?
  3. Did you give it some time to process? A delay may occur so things may take a bit longer than usual sometimes.

If both of these points are negative, please send me your player ID so I can have it checked for you!

According to a Support Agent, your items were delivered a day later due to a delay. Could you confirm this for me? They should be found in your inbox. 

Otherwise, please submit a ticket and include the GPA code of your transaction which should've been sent to your email address.

A Support Agent said that you purchased a Daily Pack. These items should be claimed in the Shop at the Daily & Progression tab.
