Please submit a ticket to support in-game.
You can do this by Tapping/Clicking on your name on the game home screen(where you see the mine and sparring pit) then proceed to the "info" tab on the left and then the support button.

I submitted a ticket to support in game for a similar issue and was told first, that it was a no response issue but their developers would look into it, and second, that they do not issue refunds or compensation in game. So, what I earned or paid for in game but was not delivered is a dead issue to them... How they do business in Russia?
