Since Wednesday, Jube 9th, i have been locked out of Raid. When the game loads i get a pop asking me to let Raid track me in other apps for a personal experience. The pop up wont close. The continue icon does nothing and there is no other way to close the pop up.
a new fusion has started and i cant get on to do the events
Second day and i am still locked out because of that pop up . No advancement in getting fusion done. No daily rewards. No daily activities done.
Third day and still cant access the game. No acknowledgement that this is a problem that is being worked on.
Having the exact same issue. The "Get a Personalized Experience" popup appears when launching game and pressing the "Continue" button does nothing and game will not load. I did just update App to 4.30.3 and this is the first time I have tried to log on since.
I figured out a work around. In settings of your device turn off the option that lets apps track what you do. That prevents the pop up from coming up.
