Issues with Plarium Play client overloading PC resources [gathering data]

Hello folks.

It came to our knowledge that as of latest Plarium Play client update it might be experiencing compatibility isssues and is taking up unusual amount of resources on PC (CPU power, RAM, and even GPU power).

In order to start working on the fix we need to figure out how many players are affected and in what way.

If you are experiencing issues of a sort, please respond to this post with following information.

OS:

PC Specs:

Occurance (describe when is your PC overloaded)

GAME UID:

Optional (but very much appreciated): Proof of overload (either screenshot of Task Manager and your graphics adapter app or ideally a short video monitoring the situation)

My Example:

OS: Win 10 (Ultimate Edition x64)

PC Specs:

CPU: i5 4460

RAM: 8GB

GPU: r9 580x Sapphire Edition 8 GB

UID: um70123404 | 68742384

Occurance: I m experiencing overload in pretty much any content of the game. Only when there is no battle in background PP isnt exhausting PC resources.

Your input would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

OS: Win 10

Ryzen 1600

16gb ram

Evga Gtx960 ssc 4gb

no screen shots.

BSOD said it was nvlddmkm.sys

it pegged my gpu at 100% but i got that fixed by changing the frames from unlimited to 60fps and lowered my settings to medium. now it is only using 28% of my gpu, which still seems high for a moble port.

OS: Win 10 (Ultimate Edition x64)

PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3970X Extreme Edition 3.50GHz

RAM: 24GB (Usually 32GB but having issues with a module)

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW

UID: um55332403 | 54036604

Occurance: I too have been having this issue. The longer the game is open, the worse and more laggy it gets. I have also noticed it gets much worse after I do some armor/accessory clean up by using the filters and selling items.

My Pc spec is low. So i'm always run the game with medium graphic setting and 60 fps. So far there are no huge problem but after the last plariumplay update the game become heavier and run slower. Now it's take 90% CPU and memory.  After 10 minutes playing it's getting worse and more laggy.

This is happening again after the last update. Trying to login already causes the problem and tends to fail. MSX Gaming Series laptop of 2020, Windows X.

90% of the time I can't even load into the game on PC.

As you can see in the third picture, power usage extremely high while in the load screen. It's been trying to connect for ~10 minutes.

In the fourth picture is my GPU and power usage after having just logged in and done nothing.

And the final picture is after my game crashed and tried to reconnect.

This is still an issue.

Raid had been running all day. Currently only plarium play running = 100% gpu usage.

Close the client and it drops to 2%
