The game realizes when these disconnects happen after reconnect, and asks us if we want to send some data over, but as far as I can tell, we lose energy and clan keys, or arena coins when the lockups happen, and we get no loot/xp.

I'd also like to note my Galaxy S6, and Tab S2, did have some framerate issues, which is partially why I upgraded to the Tab S6, and Galaxy S10+.  With those upgrades, framerate issues are absolutely 100% gone, but the freezing still happens.  If it was a heat issue the whole device should stop responding, but I can close the app and re-open it no problem.  I'm very convinced there's something else going on here.

I know this probably isn't a quick fix, and there's probably something somewhere going on that's silly, and very hard for the coders to find, but can we please prioritize this in an upcoming patch, because not only is it really annoying when it happens, it's literally costing us resources, that in come people's cases, are costing them actual money.

I highlighted the area where I answered those questions already in my original post, I forgot to mention that I did also clear the cache, and the problem persists, I was extremely thorough in troubleshooting over the course of the last 90+ days, and found other references of other people having issues over a long period of time, that seem to be ongoing.  As stated I know these take a while to find and fix, but I think they get put on the back burner more then they should for stability issues.
