Play time rewards not working
Hi there , my Play time reward keeps counting down but I never get the rewards and it reset again and it keeps resetting .

I have the same issue - I like to hold onto the 60 and 180 min rewards until I can maximise their effectiveness, with the counter resetting that makes it troblesome.
There is a window where the reward can be claimed before the timer resets itself, haven't waited to see how long that window is (will have a look when it resets today) - so it is possible this is a deliberate game mechanic.
Guess we'll see when dev's respond.

Oh - just noticed it dumped my playtime reward into my inbox. So I guess this is a game mechanic change.
Have to interrupt your grind to claim your reward in a timely fashion or be forced to wait for counter to reset.
I am ok with that I guess. I can still choose when to claim my tokens and energy.

bah - now it isn't working. No opportunity to claim reward. Timer just resets to 20mins for 60 min reward (I could claim the rest).

Same problem.
Day 2 I can not qualify for a reward, the timer is simply reset ...

I've been having this same issue for 2 days in a row now. Been missing anlot of energy and tokens :/

i also cant get the rewards i left from the previous nite, this is 2 days in a row. can u guys replace the 100 energy and 20k creds i cant claim?

Right now we don't have tools to issue mass compensations and it would take a lot of time and efforts to send the items to every player manually.
