I don't disagree with your post, but ... Serris is not exactly the best champ to be demoing your team with. She's one of the absolute best debuffers in the game. Would be curious to see your success rate if you swap her out for Warmaiden.

If I had Stag Knight or Dhukk or Uugo, sure. But I don't spend on my accounts, so I use who I pull. This account is just tons newer than my main, only has a few champs to work with, and is a solid example of how speed, nukes and CC can still slap the lower gold arena around.

To better illustrate the kind of speed thresholds players can aim for, could you post the stats on HK?

Sure. The most important thing to gettting a good speed lead is to get a Dragon Team together than can farm for 5 and 6 star speed gear. Once you do enough Dragon runs, and I'm talking hundreds+ a week for a long, long time, you can build a decently fast speed lead.

High Khatun has every bit of the fastest piece my account has, no matter what the base piece or main stat. All I'm looking for is double and triple speed rolls, and 6 star speed stat boots.

Every piece she is wearing is a double speed roll except for one, the shield, which is a lucky triple roll. :)

Most players with a free account don't are lucky enough to pull Madame Serris. And removing all buffs while debuffing their defense counters immunity and shield sets. In that context, Madame is a gamechanger.

You better. Looks like if you use Madame, results are invalid.

There was an event for Madame pretty recently. I suspect lots of folks have her now that didn't before. Those folks might not be totally F2P, but hopefully this helps. :D

Harbby! If you're just willing to farm, slow champs can become fast, high accuracy champs. Pro tips over here from Quinn.

In a certain way: yes. If you want to show "everybody can achieve that", champs that are extremely rare (in the literally meaning of this word, not the champion rarity class "rare") like a certain void epic and considered among the best champs in the game counter your intention.

Please make a 3rd account.  Only login some days, play for less than an hour a day.  Open shards as soon as you get them, definitely do not wait for a 2x!  Start building FW teams to get to stage 6 or 7 on all of them fast.  Level up any lego or epic immediately.  Build all 4 starter champs.  Make a bunch of 40s and 50s, who needs 6 star champs?

Then get to Gold 4, and I will tell you that is still not good enough!  Arena is broken!

The presence of a Madame here doesn't disqualify the general point that's being made here, you can use any of the defense down options (which I'm pretty sure is the majority of the utility Madame is bringing in the fights shown here.)

The point being made here is most people who are complaining about arena need to put more time into 1) building teams that make more sense and 2) grinding out the gear to hit the requisite speeds, accuracies, etc. needed to make these competent teams. 

Right - and hence me saying I don't inherently disagree with the post. I just think the point would be much more salient if it were using a champ that were easier to get. Even someone like Stag Knight would be a better demo, since there are many champs with AOE DEF down, but very few with AOE DEF down as well as buff stripping.

I'll get right on pulling one for the demonstration, Krama. I mean, is it still F2P if I buy shards for a demo?

I totally agree with your advice to the complaining players. They definetly should build better teams. I say the same in every arena complain thread.

But on the other hand, I'm pretty sure a lot of teams with Miscreated Monster lead use shield sets, making it much harder to beat them with a weaker debuffer than Madame. If they survive the first round of the fight and hit back, speednuking teams without team reviver (Arbiter or Gorgorab) are in big trouble. Madame makes that fight an easy victory, just stripping the shield.

Sorry Trips. Will do better next time. Playing through the demo now. Will report back in 6-8 months.

Ms is indeed a great debuffer, I broke my f2P streak recently to get her. Prior to having her on my account my arena team debuffer went from warmaiden to stag knight, and finally to Uugo.

I still swap between Uugo and serris but I think for what hq is showing here it doesn't make the huge difference that is being claimed. I think they would have had the same success with pretty much any epic aoe decrease defense champion.

Alright, decided to do an experiment with Deacon (my HK is 4*) at a similar speed, kind of had to cherry pick some fights due to the fact i'm in Gold 4 right now. Obviously this one won't be perfect, so I would try to extrapolate a little bit. 

Played down a champ due to Deac filling two roles.

Ignore the team player power because Kael is 197 speed and Ninja is 221, and even with the A3 on Deacon, HK cut in between.

This Gorgorab was also a touch slower and snuck in after Deacon, though this team is a little more junky.

Obviously not an elegant or perfect experiment but given what I had available and how close some of the speeds were, it can help to illustrate what works in arena, these days.

tl;dr go grind dragon until you run out of energy
