Agree could top up all three or even hordin that is still there even tho I never had a chance to get any fragments for 

Pls god, let there will be Universal Fragment....only Hordin i fuse...too small at level...now i am not so small...and want to complete all this champ's...

I had also requested a wildcard fragment which we should be able to use for any champion. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Plarium will come up with a contest which will allow us to earn universal or wildcard fragments in the hundreds.

I could see that being abused with some of the DoomTower fragment summons, but maybe if it was locked so that they could only be used on old event fragments? Though I would imagine Plarium would be concerned about whales players not spending playing so much during fragment events with the knowledge that they can fill up on fragments post event...

Universal fragmenst would be awesome, however they should limit the fragments to only be usable on past fragment events and not usable on DT, tag arena or clan quest fragments. As for me, I have been playing for a year + and never finished an event fragment or non permanent fusion. I have gotten close to fragments but couldn't win tourny's to get the extra's needed, I see both as being only obtainable by those who have been playing a very very long time or people who spend at least a little (not that i'm disparaging that). Hopefully soon i'll manage to win one.
