Over and over again you community managers just pitch in some empty phrases of about how sorry you are for the inconvenience and that Plarium is about to deal with this issue and fix it. But...nothing at all happens. I opened this thread 7!!! weeks ago. 

Players have been badly deceived. As if this isn`t repugnant enough you make it even worse, topping it with further false promises.

This cant work in any way. It's simply impossible. The 3 links i can send from my phone just point to the app without any refereence to my account. All 3 contain a simple link: "https://link.plrm.zone/app/lfk" but to get it work it should be something like "https://link.plrm.zone/app/lfk/?ref=userID12345678"

Obviously you guys aren't buying enough chicken packages to fully qualify for the refer a friend.  Please purchase these packages and I am sure your RaF will work.

Mods, you ignore this thread - I won`t get tired though to point out and remind of Plariums fraud. Neither my invited friends nor I received the promised rewards. On top of that Mods and community managers hush away the issue with lies "we will take care of this" and pure ignorance over the last recent weeks.

I don`t expect anything but i won`t get tired to point out the falsehood in their rare comments on this issue. So far 3 Mods/community managers said, they`ll take care. None of them replied again, needless to say that the non-existing support didn`t do anything as well. 

The despicableness to deny the players the promised rewards is one thing, not having the guts to tell us right away "you got screwed, live with it" and instead creating the illusion to newer players as if there`d be a caring customer service is an even worse infamy.

Yep I'm with original poster. A sent referral link to a friend, he downloaded through it and neither of us got any rewards. was nearly 2 months ago now, I'm level 50, he's nearly there too so we have both missed out on promised rewards.

Original poster is right. Plarium ignored my tickets too and I sent them screenshots of the text logs between me and my friend featuring the link inside also so it was clear as day this wasn't fraudulent - Even worse, I did get a response after 2 weeks but it was COMPLETELY off topic, written by a robot. Then my ticket was closed even though I responded to this generic response asking why I am being told a load of off topic nonsense that has nothing to do with the ticket I submitted.

I ended up giving up, which I guess is exactly what Plarium want us to do because all I ever hear about are people going through the same crap as me and nothing being done for any of us.
