Patch 1.9 does not work at all on my iPhone XS Max. Goes black and closes immediately. Please fix so I can receive my daily login bonus and try and finish the insanely difficult Foli fusion...

Since forced update, been unable to log in. The app crashes every time. Have unloaded and reloaded app three times and still the same. When will this be fixed or will you offer refunds on money’s spent.

Can’t log in after update!!! When I click on the app the screen goes black for a second then it force quits and sends me back to my phones home page. FIX THIS!!!

So, I have a question. Due to the game not even being openable for some players (I luckily have not been one of them), what sort of compensation to all of those who spent money to finish the leveling event, spent money go finish all the other minor events that happened during it, and can not even enter the game to get the final unit needed for the Foli fusion? Will they just be told tough luck and have to hope to summon Centurion through void shards? There also appears to be no real way of getting Centurion, let alone completing the current summon event without having to spend upwards of $100. For those who see money as no issue, how are they supposed to complete the event when they can't even log in? I hope this post gets read and a response, instead of deleted for reasons I won't understand. Thank you.

Same same. Update equals black screen to crash. Crashes soon as I open. Should I try to re install the game?

The download was downloading and it froze and now I can’t open my game. I click on it and it opens and then closes. Help

Ok I have 3 accounts , 2 are perfectly fine but my main account I have several hundred dollars into , I go to open the app and zero visuals and just shuts down on me. I’m kinda pissed off now. What can I do?

Well I guess I needed a REALLY GOOD REASON TO DELETE THIS GAME.. The latest Update that was mandatory to load has crashed my access.! The worst part is that I finally got my only Legendary Hero in the 50’s and start to show results, by not being a punching bag in the Arena. I did enjoy playing this game and I have unfortunately invested cash into this game..! But as usual all good things must come to an end.
Developers I sure hope you were able to add new faces with this new update when you decided to throw my account away..!

What can I do?Did you read the ingame mail after the update????? it said Plarium will ban those with multiple accounts.......I say your main account is now banned.

I did notice one thing that might help with the Debugging this Useless Update..
I’m in California and while I was standing still in Fresno in the morning I had no access, but when I got on the freeway to head south, I tried again and was allowed in. But when I stopped in Tulare I was denied, then while moving again I had access. But unfortunately it’s difficult to play while driving and very frustrating to be denied access when stationary, during a window of time to invest time to play..

what platform is it crashing on only ios..? i use android & blustacks had no issues, saying that i do and still have been having my now normal 10-15 freezes and forced resets daily but have still been able to play since 1.9. the only noticeable difference ive seen has not been performance like it briefly states in patch info, just new flashy designs for promo sales....sure enough they light up like a pokie machine too haha suprise suprise..

What is point of this 1.9 patch? There is nothing ... everything is referred to 1.10 ...
I think you just find new level of comunication in game :D you need 1 whole patch to announce next one :D

Hello every one, here's how I managed to fix this bug: changing the cell operator or wi-fi network - and everything works. The game is going well at home, in the subway, but it doesn’t start at work, I think the developers have done it with the proxy settings - now the game does not start on some network operators. iPhone X
