(IMPORTANT NOTICE) Banned Accounts Problem

Hi, guys!

We unbanned most of the players whose accounts were blocked. Here is the most important info that you should know:

- we returned the champs that had been summoned from 12 am on the 12th until the moment your accounts were banned;

- we returned the contents of the offers that you bought over this period of time, EXCEPT Battle Passes and Raid Passes. We will return those, too, a little later;

- we gave the compensation (the same to everyone). Some of the items are listed as compensation in your Inbox, but they are, actually, what you purchased;

- if you have not received the compensation please open a ticket with our support team and let us know;

- bans may still be happening until we find the cause and eliminate it.

And just to clarify - we only sent the compensation to the accounts that were banned and which we have unbanned now. We will send the compensation for the server problems to all the players that logged in in the last three days tomorrow (February, 14th).

All I had in my mailbox was a bunch of junk that filled my mailbox! And even if I got what was given to others, it nowhere near compensates the time and money I sank in the last 2 days, progress lost including champions, upgrades, tournament progress etc. what is being done

What about all the process have done yesterday. All my artifacts, all champs which were upgraded and reset back to 2 days ago. I completed stage 21 ogryn yesterday. And now it reset back two days ago. All energy were spend for dragon are gone and now i have to do it again...man, this is so irrritating..

That's the worst part.  All of the time, progress and money spent just evaporated. There's no way I can backtrack all of that. Some token compensation doesn't  make up for it.

STOP unbanning accounts !!! YOU are rolling back people 2 full days are you freaking crazy?? Omg !!! It's worse then letting people finsh out the 24 ban.

That right there.  Mailbox was packed full of every 1 and 2 star I used for food so I didnt get the silver energy pots shards gems.

i dont want to be that guy but yeah this compensation was a joke. i bought the battle pass and fully unlocked it but i dont have access to it. i cant access the dragon tournament which i was winning so you guys owe me for that and you have to compensate us for RNG.  this isn't good enough and it's not about what you guys think is fair it's you have to give us enough that we say "wow holy crap" 

let's face it, we did nothing wrong here and what we got was a slap in the face.


i expect better.

You fail to understand we have bought the gold battle pass plus 25 which as you say will be returned in time? Very unacceptable answer. This isn’t a regular pack it’s a time sensative pass. For every day you lax on it we lose that day to finish yet will that be compensated?

Yeah, this sucks. Just noticed I’m missing some artifacts and amulets that were very hard to get. Now some of my champions are essentially nerfed by a mistake that wasn’t mine.

Any eta on the remaining accounts? I'm still out of commission and it's been giving me the error all day.

How About the hundreds of Ascension potions used? I was just a few away from fusion for the legendary.... ALL gone! Levels reset... Ascension stars reset... ranks reset... hours and hours of grinding gone... and all they give back is the stupid food toons... I  used around 5 thousand energy... where is that..... GONE! I thought EA Games was the worst gaming company out there... but Plarium has set a new low bar... Plarium should be ashamed.

Battlepass is still gone. What is a little later?? A brief notice that you’re still working on it will do. But keep every in the dark isn’t well quite pleasant. Paid a lot for this game so any notice would be appreciated!

When i get my Gold pass back? I don't know if you know it, but purchases are not cheap... I want play but you are doing every thing to push away players of this game. 

And giving us as compensation champions which we already had? That is nothing but bad joke. We payd for them and you are giving them as a compensation. I played many games, but i didn't see nothing like this... Save your compensation, but give us back what is ours. What we payd for. Thank you.

True we all pay for it and now 3 days no battle pass 

Please can you say something when we get it back ?

Thanks so much for the compensation!  I've always wanted a couple chickens, arena tokens, keys, and some trash mobs in place of a battle pass that was completely bought and leveled out along with the Legendary champ (Wilbur or whatever its name is) that brew was used to completely max to 60, potions and upgrade materials to fully ascended and get him to 60, completely booked out and this is also for the epic champs associated with the battle pass rewards.  Ohh and all the new gear to equip those new champs that were completely maxed out to lvl 16 for gear and accessories.  Ohh and all progress lost on the Arbiter process which consisted of a lot of potions to Mix 10 Superior potions of each keep.  Ohh and leveling other champs and upgrading their gear too as well as ascending them.  I am so happy to receive $5 for $500+ worth.  Can't recommend this game/Plarium enough such good business eithics much wow.

How about the people still banned? my husband has been banned since the 12th with zero communication from support, or anyone from plarium at all... any idea about when his account will be unbanned? He honestly doesn't even care about the compensation... he just wants his account back up so he can play!
