" We will provide the details in tickets with these users" implies some response to the tickets.  I've now submitted 6 tickets and have gotten no response, much less any details.


And my ban has been renewed for another 24 hours...

When i will get back my Gold pass, which you took it (during the time when my account was banned by you)? And of course my champions, but most important my Gold pass?? It takes too much time....

The sever keep shutting down every 15mins-half hour! I recommend you guys extend any events just come out! What’s the point to open a broken sever to public. Failed management!

What to you mean no progress was lost? When I was finally Able to get into my account all my progress was gone all my energy I used to farm potions, level, and everything else the game makes you put time and effort into. I bought the full battle pass got my Wurlitzer king to 60 ascended all the way and also got magus for the fusion got all those guys to 5* just needed to fully ascend the orc one and I would have had the fusion leggy but no I got the ban and lost a whole lot of progress. I would like my account to be fixed plz.

Was banned then unbanned lost a lot(days of progress) and don't have gold pass I paid for. I play this game alot and getting very upset about this.

I was banned for almost the whole day yesterday, I submitted a support ticket, they addressed and eventually 'un-banned' me, they did this by rolling my account back to Feb. 11th! I lost everything I had done that day (12th), massive gear upgrades, changes, mods,artifact upgrades and champ assentions, I finally had beaten Dragons 18 and 19 and was working on 20, lots of grinds, points towards tournaments, etc. All LOST. My compensation was 1 Void Shard, 1k Energy, a Exp boost and a 5 star chicken.. pitiful. Salt made a vid and said all others who were banned also got $10M Silver and an Ancient Shard, which I did not get. I have emailed Plarium and am waiting for a reply.. Not Happy. :(

I have not received any response from my tickets either. I'm going to start looking for my next game, they keep creating more issues before they fix the ones they already have. I was actually excited about the battle pass too.

Just a sidenote: the accounts that have been unbanned did not lose any progress in the first place. Now we are working with those that were banned earlier and lost some progress.

since the patch that I cannot enter with my account, a new one was created from the tutorial and it does not let me log in via facebook

Still banned. How do I get the fusion event done if I can't play? I would not mind a lost groom and bride as compensation. 😉

I have been banned for 2 days now I haven't got a reply on the support ticket I put in or anything the ticket is #1597548 

I just want my account un banned. I really like your game and want to continue to play it but currently I am missing out on multiple different events and tournaments including a Summing event

To all reading this If Plarium won't help us and keep ignoring tickets I propose to go to media social media and get together to sue them Together we stand more chances against the company So if they won't help us I can change gaming time into get back at plarium time Will start a Facebook group for people scammed by plarium

Thanks so much for the compensation!  I've always wanted a couple chickens, arena tokens, keys, and some trash mobs in place of a battle pass that was completely bought and leveled out along with the Legendary champ (Wilbur or whatever its name is) that brew was used to completely max to 60, potions and upgrade materials to fully ascended and get him to 60, completely booked out and this is also for the epic champs associated with the battle pass rewards.  Ohh and all the new gear to equip those new champs that were completely maxed out to lvl 16 for gear and accessories.  Ohh and all progress lost on the Arbiter process which consisted of a lot of potions to Mix 10 Superior potions of each keep.  Ohh and leveling other champs and upgrading their gear too as well as ascending them.  I am so happy to receive $5 for $500+ worth.  Can't recommend this game/Plarium enough such good business eithics much wow.

Same issues as almost everyone who posted here... u gave us 10 mil and 1 sacred shard expecting all to go well when what we lost were 10 or maybe even 100 times of what u compensated us? i dont understand the need to reroll our account to be honest? u pissed people even more than ever... so what do u achieved for rerolling our account? ive spend over $10000 on your game and these are the service u provide to us? you better u give us back what we achieved and compensate us well.
