Issues with Game (09.10 - 09.11.2019)

Hello! Starting from yesterday, you may have been experiencing issues with the game stability. There are several reasons why this is happening: 


1) certain ISP providers in some countries are having performance problems right now, which has been affecting our game, as well, unfortunately (this is out of the area of our control, but we keep monitoring it);


2) there were certain issues with our server yesterday, too, but they only started late in the evening (UTC time zone) and we fixed them promptly. 


All players will receive compensation. We will keep you updated on that. Thank you all for your patience and understanding

This an ISP issue? I have full access to every other network related item on my phone, this is the only one affected. Do you have more information as to the nature of this network issue?

Are you guys working with Verizon to help them solve this crap? And I’ll take a few legendary champions for this on going problem when and ever if it gets resolved 💁🏼‍♂️🤓

My other games aren't having problems.  Why does Verizon hate RAID so much?????


Do you know if they have an active project to fix this issue?

Players can not authenticate. This is not an ISP issue, it is solely a Plarium problem.

My game is out again same time all other things such as Netflix are working but not this game super frustrating

I'm glad it's not just me. I have noticed that Verizon users have been hit with this the most. I also have Verizon and it was working fine last week but now just authentication issues and game not starting.


Unfortunately by the time I get home and am able to log in via Wi-Fi, my clan has killed the clan boss and I can't get any credit.

Been 2 days of not working for me. 100% havnt been able to log in once....everything else is working 100% fine. All games, all media. Only this one is broken. Weird.

If this is not a Plarium Raid only problem then why is Plarium Raid the only thing affected? EVERY other game app works but not Raid. Lmao guess the ISP is mad at Plarium, did you guys not pay a bill or something? I have used other devices, a VPN AND STILL NO RAID, for 2 dang days. This is ridiculous. I’ve missed af least 10 clan boss keys that is 1000 gems not to mention my raid pass wasted missed factions xp boost wasted... I bet compensation isn’t near what I have lost and that’s where this game will loose me and my money. Ridiculous.

After more than 24 hours of constant Authenticating Problem I finally was able to get into the game using VPN. Verizon customer.

Ok I’m a quite and patient one, but when what is said defies logic it really gets me , ISP technical problems !?!?!  U just fried my brain with 2 simple words , i went thinking from how it works to location of servers to supplier of trans going through comparison with the service type you provide and whom other I have that do the same from similar locations and requirements, and if mby ur using the isp Authenticator system with Apple ID as part of urs also that would make a knot , but still there is others who do that I use , and so on , plus I was able to log in using a VPN app , while I’m using Verizon, SO I can simply come back saying nah it’s from ur side for sure, plus add the human factor of having no reply’s for thousands of ppl posts and reports on all channels and media’s just paints u faulted not the other way around, but anyway , I didn’t come here for that, I just came to know simply an answer for 2 simple questions :


1/ when or at least a ETA for the game coming back 

2 / was there a breach for Verizon customers? And how safe is our data, 

As far as compensation goes , idk what u guys have to give for 2 days of loss connection , that is a crazy amount of stuff lol god bless ;-)

So I just missed the Magic dungeon because of this outage. Also missed some chances to fight the clan boss. I’m also one day behind on the champion training event. I bet I will also miss the daily rewards if the app doesn’t go back up before the rewards reset. I feel for the people who spent money on the XP boost only to have it wasted....

I can’t connect when using cellular (Verizon) but I can connect just fine when I get home and I’m on my Wi-Fi. 


Update: I'm in the game now on my iPhone via Verizon.

Game is back up and running for me atleast. Hope it is for everyone else. I know the Mods have had a tough time through this. Just wanted to express gratitude for all your hard work. Sooo. Thank you all and have a great day.

Not ur problem ha ? Well we all log now as Verizon users , but guess what game crash every single time u lunch any battle , can u plz tell Version to fix that too while ur closely monitoring the situation plz, thnx allot
