Not everyone will see it here. I certainly did not and no one was talking about it in my clan last night. This is not good. S' Maintenance was planned for 4.00 am utc its now 8.33 am why is it taking so long?
Whats your plan for compensation for those that loose shields during your activity that they knew nothing of?

Hi, any updates about the downtime? This game is really nice and I enjoy it. Hope it will be back on soon. Any admin that can update us about the downtime?

The main problem is that they don’t keep ppl updated. They should inform us how long it’s gonna be extended. No single word, no news, nothing

I don't understand why it is so difficult to update a server.
Where I work there are dev servers and life servers and qa servers. after devs are finished the qa servers are updated. when they are finished, the data goes to a "live" server which is not life yet. There is final testing and after all tests pass, the connections will be rerouted from the outdated server to the new one. This avoids all downtimes and you have plenty time for testing without annoying the community.
Sad thing that obviously the players have to tell the devs and dev ops how to do their work...
This puts a bad light on platinum. Especially when you think about the resources this company has.
