Not that warm welcome for new players that those who already got months lead get some more, wouldnt like unique icons etc cosmetics make more sense and instead give everyone launch gift or w/e.

WOW, missed it by 3 days. A void shard? Yea, I may never get one of those. Who the heck decided that it's cool to alienate new players who can't afford this stuff even further from the rest of the players?

I think those that put in their time deserve the gifts, I can just imagine the patience and frustration they went through....why shouldn't they get the gifts. I'm new to this game, and I didn't do anything to make it what it is, do I  deserve a gift, my opinion would be no. In the end, everyone gets something special, that another doesn't  get, I'm happy that I found a game I am enjoying. I would think there weren't that many gifts given to make a big impact that now everyone is better than me.
