Played the game for about a week near the beginning of the beta period.  Quit because I just didn't have the time to play.

Started again 2 weeks ago because a friend had discovered the game.  Was a little disappointed, because my account seemed to be reset.  I had to start all over.  No big deal, it was just a week of playtime.

So where the hell is the gift for new players, who even need it more than those veterans?

Been playing this game for several months and the updates/changes/rewards for bugs have certainly been improving. I really love this game.

But now that it's officially released... can you please stop teasing us with Faction Wars, the mysterious tower in the "dungeon" section, and those 6* artifact screens??? It's not fair to show it all to us but not actually make it accessible for weeks/months, while still releasing updates that make us think they're coming now :(. Please release them or stop making them partially available for extended periods of time.

Also, one thing that I think is absolutely necessary in this game - actual arena ranks! Or some kind of tournament feature.

The game is great, and the updates are constantly improving things.

But to a certain extent, it's almost like a single player game... there's no true competition vs the rest of the players.

I have been a player from the beginning but have just started all over again. No reward for me, i think?

Hello, I didn’t receive the gift package. I’m pretty sure I joined on February 28th my time with a worst case of March 1st. Regardless, Considering this can you not make an exception?
