Tharr be a Serverr Update fer all!


On June, 5, 2017 Pirates Tides of Fortune will be updating its servers from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. UTC.


While we should only need a few moments, you may be temporarily having difficulty accessing the game. If you experience any issues, try waiting five minutes, clear your entire Browser Cache, and then reload the game. During this period refrain from any navy activity and use this time to keep up your crew’s spirits by offer them some Rum.

Hi,

starting from yesterday evening the game was become unplayable: it crash every few minutes, impossible send troops if after I wish to hide them in harbor, impossibile click on daily missions, impossible read the reports, impossibile look in the market and trade sketches, impossibile see the sea map and send FD to scout...

Sad, I'm Very sad, in this way I can't play

Also having some issues with the game. First, the loading screen/bar gets stuck at 80% for a few minutes before finally taking me to the game. Once in game, a pop-up appears asking me to copy something and send a ticket to support as something has gone awry. Then it becomes unplayable and unresponsive.


(I have copied to clipboard and sent a ticket to support, by the way.)

The game is in bad shape, and the devs are apparently aware of that. So, sit tight, maybe visit those dear ones you haven't seen since the last server crash (y'know, people sharing your house/apartment with you ;-)), and wait it out. I'm afraid there's nothing more we can do.

Btw, these problems wasted me a day of raiding, so don't confuse my lightheartedness with "easy for him to joke, it obviously didn't affect him at all".

i guess plarium still has the same motto, unlike others who think "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" , plarium seems to think "if it isn't broken, give us a few days"

Not sure about him, but I do. Can't log in again. The loading bar is stuck at 0%

everything seems to working ok at the moment.

edit: it is now working worse then ever, it keeps crashing every few minutes, clearing cache and rebooting isn't working

Since the update I have lost my game completely. if I cant get back to my high level character I will wrap with this as not going to start again

If you're still experiencing loading issues, please do the following:


1) Try to clear your browser cache to make sure that all the game files which are saved by your browser on your computer are replaced with new ones, containing the new game information. Please press Ctrl+Shift+Del to access the menu from which you can clear your browser’s cache. Then reload the page. In most situations it helps.


2) Make sure your Flash player is up to date.


3) Try to access the game from another browser or another PC if it's possible.


4) Try installing Browsec VPN extension for your browser.


5) If it doesn't help, please follow this instruction:


1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6


2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG


3. Try to access the game


4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g


5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.


6. Send this information to our Support Team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new


They will help you to understand the reason of your loading issues and will help you to fix them.
