Customer Support - Loss of Troops due to the discussion on recent banned accounts

I would start off by saying I am not one to complain, I found Tides Of Fortune a while back, fell in love with the game and being retired it has been a great pass time, I feel I am in an amazing BH with great members, I have invested a considerable amount of money to support the game and yes speed up advancement, buy defense to protect our assets etc.


I would be considered a novice gamer I suppose but I do know a fair amount about what is possible in game and what may be a situation that should be looked into.


This related to troops lost due to some type of hack/glitch/exploit that has been discussed at length here in the forum, we were informed by the community manager the accounts in question had been banned, it was suggested we file a ticket with support for troops lost at our Presidio’s by the accounts in question, provide details and screen shots. I have done all this including a link to the thread in our forum to assist the support person.


I am very disheartened to have been informed today, I will not be receiving any of the defensive troops back that I lost as a result of these malicious accounts, doesn’t really seem fair but as I said, I love the game and will play until my last Bonnie sets sail, I will however never put another cent into this game or any other as a result of how this was handled. I honestly didn’t think I was asking for too much.

I have examined the screenshots and can confirm that the results of these two battles were calculated properly.

According to the Refund Policy, troops which were lost not due to a game irregularity outside of normal gameplay, primarily as the result of a documented bug or server error are not considered valid for the reimbursement.

Don't get discouraged, you can always revive your lost units for a significantly reduced price at the Surgeon.

look like they didn't understand you

you got answer how everything is well calculated in the battle , but obviously that was not your problem 

your problem was battle with malicious accounts and losses due fighting against MALICIOUS ACCOUNTS

i would try to explain them that one more time 

hope you will get your troops back bro

Nightwolf has a point, please make sure you write them back remind them of the events of the game, they might have not heard of whats has been happening... keep trying and let us know

As Alyona has mentioned in a recent post here

no exploits and cheats were applied. That could be the reason why they declined the refund request

I do not know why the recent players of the game was banned that part was not said...

please do not flame the messenger im just repeating what was said to me...

For each island participated in the fight we can answer our islands .This is a no bots .and plarium knows it.

Зачем восстанавливать? Давайте обнулим сервер - я даже согласен чтоб мне сейчас обнулили аккаунт - Капитаны давайте начнем игру сначала !!! Плариум - Даешь новый сервер!!!

We love tears whiners, just because of them that we remain on the server ..... Let's go away only when all will smile.


Мы любим слезы нытиков , только из-за них мы и остаемся на сервере ..... Уйдем только тогда , когда все будут улыбаться.

I dont think plarium is reliable to make another server, they can't control the bots on the servers they have

i also dont think the previous owners of all these empty presidios will get their troops back from plarium support...
