Why Plarium have ''Multi-Accounting Policy'' if they wont do anything to prevent people to have dozens accounts

some people have even their own brotherhoods with only their alts, until now i have reported more than a 100 alts and no one did anything to stop them playing , they make a lot of damage to regular players , this is a free game , but if we use money to play and people with alts kill our troops , take our presidios , downgrade our bastions , then why we playing this game ???

am i the only one who have seen that rusian RUAL BH ????

why no one give a damn about them ??? i mean come on just check those ''players'' -same names- same haven names-same dates when they started, most of them from 2014 , they even brag about their successes on a web page with all our bastions they downgraded -that cost us money and time!!!

they come from nowhere and now they are in top 15 brotherhoods , now they even start taking presidios ...what is enough is enough

some of people with multiple accounts are going that far that they they offering to new players to sell them defencive reinforcements , sketches , resources...etc ...etc

if you ask me is this my real in-game name , no it is not , for the obvious reason - i do not want that RUAL BH wrath on my BH back right now (account is made just for this post )

and probably this post same with this account will be deleted , but at least i hope that someone will give attention on this post and this problem before Admins from forum delete post and this account......

multi-accounting is the biggest problem in the game , not troops in limbo , invisible havens or anti-fireships

RUAL is not the only BH like this , ALL TOP RANKED Brotherhoods have many alts , most of them are property of Brotherhood leaders and their advisors

I don't mind the alts my issue is the bots we have in the game, it's come so unbalanced that players really don't fight any more,

because these bots give an importunity to give more resources with out worrying about troops loss, are we playing a combat game or not here?

The level 64's are active, and active going in rows of rows, the IP has to be the same, if not they have to have rotate in Ip's

some how. im no genius, and i know of course what i have to do, but we do need more players working to get these bots shut down, i mean a level 64???? that's just baloney, so Im asking you to help me get these Bots shut down....

are you will to do that??

i must disagree with you , you can block bot havens with some defence and not with 1 bonnie, you will get your fight and people will lose troops....

but when people with alts take presidio from you , or downgrade your bastion like this http://joom.ag/UHkQ i'm sure you will change your mind

and dont tell me to report them to support because i already did that like i said above , but ALL of them are still active , that telling me that Support doing nothing to stop them playing

delete reported alts or delete ''Multi-Accounting Policy''...simple...

You are telling us here in the forum?

We are here to give answers the best we can, not get into the game and rid of bots and or alts

all we can do is suggest and hope it helps...

My suggestion still holds, keep on mailing plarium, with screen shots

and kinda proof...

i reported some people with screenshots where they talking who are their alts with names and coords

that was 20 days ago and they still playing......so whats the point ?

Which brings us back to the original question of the OP: despite him sending screenshots and submitting tickets, why has nothing been done to get rid of these alts?

Blasphemy claims alts are not as detrimental to the game as BOTs are, but looking at this specific example, I must say I strongly disagree. Looking at his BH's player roster and statistics, I see most of them have very high prize stats despite poor raiding, offence, and defence stats. In addition, a lot of them started only 3 months ago. Going further, if you look at that link where they have a diary of their attacks, one can see that they've attacked at least 4 Brotherhoods' presidios and bastions in a span of 2 weeks!! That can only be possible if they've spent thousands of dollars/euros buying rubies (and this can be checked by Plarium, right?). I don't think even the top brotherhoods can wreak havoc on 4 brotherhoods in a span of 2 weeks?

is this a joke , that guy just admit that he have more than one account and he even said his name, is this starting to be one player brotherhood game or what? everyone saying- go to support -and support doing nothing to help us , only i have sent them 10-15 tickets and not even ONE of them is realized and those people still going wild on us !!!

you talking like this probably because you are in some BH which is 100+ in ranking with no presidios and bastion on lvl 5 so you have nothing to lose....

Looking at his BH's player roster and statistics, I see most of them have very high prize stats despite poor raiding, offence, and defence stats. In addition, a lot of them started only 3 months ago. Going further, if you look at that link where they have a diary of their attacks, one can see that they've attacked at least 4 Brotherhoods' presidios and bastions in a span of 2 weeks!! That can only be possible if they've spent thousands of dollars/euros buying rubies (and this can be checked by Plarium, right?). Looking at his BH's player roster and statistics, I see most of them have very high prize stats despite poor raiding, offence, and defence stats. In addition, a lot of them started only 3 months ago. Going further, if you look at that link where they have a diary of their attacks, one can see that they've attacked at least 4 Brotherhoods' presidios and bastions in a span of 2 weeks!! That can only be possible if they've spent thousands of dollars/euros buying rubies (and this can be checked by Plarium, right?).
