Sorry for lack of information wasn't sure it would go thru. I couldn't find where to get my user ID# or would have posted. I just recently was able to play the game again only to discover new ownership and my character was starting over so was asking how to get my old account back. Thank you for your assistance.

Ah, this is probably the case of just being on the wrong map. If you used to play on Kabam, your server is either the 2nd one or the 3d one. Check this topic for details. If you were not on Kabam, your server is the first one.
If this doesn't help, write here and the Agents (Plarium's customer support team on the forum) will pick it up, likely on Monday.
Btw, what do you mean by "new ownership"?
