Can u pls explain Skeleton Cave Strategy?

1) How do you make sure you have all 6 activation boxes filled?  it looks like I try to move a relic up into an empty box, and it replaces another one that is already activated, it doesnt fill an empty box.  Whats up w tht?

2) What is the optimal strategy, keep using up the limited duration relics, or put endless duration relics up and forget it?

3) Is hunting/raiding/blockading for relics instead of resources or rubies in Lighthouse Targets worthwhile in any way?  Why do capns hold targets w relics?  Wht do u get for that and if you only have limited space to hold relics, why would you want say 200 of them?

$) is it worthwhile to attack an occupied target with relics -- do u get PVP pts, experience pts, the actual relics in the haven (like getting resources when you raid a haven), what?

1) there are 3 types of relics, offense, defense and resource, each type of relic has 2 slots. you can only put defensive relics in the defence slots, so to fill all 6 slots, you need 2 of each relic type. you can see which type a relic is by the color of the outline. green is defense, red is offense, blue is resource.

2) you'll have to figure out the optimal strategy for yourself, it depends on how you play and which relics you have.

3) when you hold a relic target, you can scour for relics, the longer you wait, the higher the chance that you'll be succesfull. i think most people that hold relic targets are hoping to get a specific relic. if you get a relic that you don't need/want, you can Always sell it.

4) when you attack an occupied relic target, you attack the troops that are holding it. you will get exp and pvp points for the troops you kill in the attack.

Got it, thx.

If you have an activated relic, say Bonnies Defense +5% that will last forever, you need to sell a duplicate, right?

you don't need to do anything, you can also activate both of them for a +10% defense for bonnies.

Defensive, Offensive and Production Relics are randomly dropped, but be careful because they are not always what they seem

For example, there are relics for Defense units which can only be activated in Offense slots or Production slots

That may explain why you could not move relics into an empty slot - it fooled you

There are also different values of relic - Common, Rare, Lost, Unique etc available from different Lighthouse Targets and larger battles (altho all drops from battles are actually random, better relics might drop easier from large battles)

Here is a list -  pirates.playtamin.com/artefacts.html

Weeooow -- i went to ur link at the end of ur msg, Snowgoon.  Lots of relics, too many !  I havent come across 20% of them yet.

Plus, there is battle calculator and prize calculator but no description on how to use them.  Can you give us a few clues on how to use?

Thx,
