Haven Improvements

I am fed up with the look of my haven, I see you can delete the improvements do you get any refund when deleting to put against purchasing new improvements.?

I think it would be a good idea if you would get 75% of the cost back in vouchers or points to put against new improvements so you could change the look of your haven maybe seasonal changes?   

i would like to change my haven but will not do so if it means i loose the thousands of rube's i have spent on all my improvements by just deleting them.

You don't get anything back. I just sold a Longhouse to verify and - as expected - didn't get a single ruby back,

Blashphemy made a suggestion about this while back. Give us a new building that would allow us to store buildings.

 I was thinking more of improvements like treadmill jolly roger shark and others, i would be good if we could sell them like sketches for 75% of their value and be able to use the currency on other improvements.

so you could change the look of your haven and they could put up special themes in the improvements like they do at Christmas with the trees.

i am fed up with a few sharks and treadmill cranes and a few trees so would like to sell what i have and buy some new improvements and be able to swap them every few months

could they not do a special once a month allowing you to change improvements.  That would be easier to program in .

A bit like they do with the haven upgrades offer now, just add in a swap feature within the package ?

From time to time we do special themes and make new Improvements. But unfortunately, we can't do it very often as it requires much time and efforts of our developers and designers. 

As about refunds. Unfortunately, this idea was declined by our devs. :(
