After getting 70 etchings I am now forced to waste them all upgrading my worthless Rum Cellars   

Upgrading level 23 Colonization need another Rum Cellar upgrade (costing more etchings)

We were told when etchings were introduced that all upgrades below level 31/32 would be free - Just another stealth tax - Just another lie

So how many etchings am I supposed to waste upgrading worthless rum cellars before I can get schooners upgraded to level 30?
