Requesting Ticket: Follow Up on a Closed Ticket

Hello,


I opened ticket OXV-619-45440 when I didn't receive the additional items of the "pack" I purchased.  The ticket is resolved and agreed to, however, the bug in the code I first witnessed still exists and I would like to follow up with Plarium to show how it is manifesting itself.  


Would Mods please provide the current link for submitting a ticket as I can't find it.
