if plarium is unwilling to serve itself..then it can no longer serve its players and its players is the sole of its business.  Plariums business model is broken along with its game..fellows....time for plarium to answer the call

well it still works for them as long as Total Control isnt available in english ... it is way cheaper and obviously way more effective, so if players would have the choice they would of course pay total control instead of plarium, as plarium offers no service in comparison.

crazy idea: as plarium devs speak russian they should get a total control account and build up a real "ingame security" with thousands of bots themselves to fight the bot-brotherhoods ingame?

show "us"..the players..something plarium?  "us" the players pay the salaries.. show "us" some action.  we are not investigators on your server..we are players..we are not judges..  we are not forensic gatherers for your server.  we just play your game.  Show us players something besides incompetence

Is it possible that TOTAL CONTROL is a secondary source of income for Plarium, something similar to a subsidiary company?  The alternatives to that are far more disturbing and put Plarium in NO CONTROL of their own games!  Perhaps the most disheartening thing in the forum is the perceived CM attitude of "we don't want to hear players discussing this and we will delete, ban, show our condescension, and do all manner of things to not have customer concerns discussed amongst the players.  That just further angers upset customers.

I am married to a Russian and have a best friend whose father was Ukrainian so I can see their behavior and say that they are quite different in their upbringing.  We discuss it and accept that we will look past that as long as goals are being met.  Perhaps Plarium should have a customer advisory group to have better feedback from both sides in a controlled private environment.

Failing that, the two sides can divorce and neither will win in the end in that scenario.

I noticed a new, non existing, bot/harvest haven line in the far South West.

Since the havens are not there, I imagine them, nothing to report.

Last one to leave, outten the lights.

The official reply was already given multiple times. No need to create new threads on the same topic. As I said before, our game is secure against cheats. No one can obtain Units, in-game currency, Resources or Items in an unfair way. You can receive them only for your in-game activity or in-app purchases.

There are no working cheats that give you free Units/Rubies for Pirates. If someone claims he has one, he is spreading false information. If someone shares such programs, it's usually phishing that is aimed to get your game login and password (steal your account), and it doesn't work the way they claim it to work.

You might have probably heard about another program that is a bot program. It has the same functions as the game client. We ban for using it, but it can't give any advantages. It is a substitution of the game client, and you can do many game activities using it. But nothing beyond that.

Sorry, not so. I have seen this action first hand. I found a bot that has no cellars, no warehouses, and a ton of resources and a ton of troops. Last time I checked you could not get 60k in resourses without anything other than wood and gold mines.

Can we see a screenshot of that haven and of the said resources?

Keep in mind that, due to some bug, it was possible at one point to put more than one building in a single spot, which was used before to create seemingly undeveloped havens.

Ok, I shouldn't have to be doing this, that is the developers job, not the players. But what the heck, here it is.....

http://prntscr.com/eoc2uh

I couldn't post the image, says it is not valid. So there is the link. Now one would look at that and say, there is nothing wrong with it having that much in resources. But then if one visits the haven in question one sees this interesting bit of knowledge.

http://prntscr.com/eoc3an

Like I said, last time I checked one cannot have that much resources.......

So did plariums server get hacked. Oh, very much so. Sad thing is that I an end user had to prove to them that it happened. I am just glad they don't have my credit card information. Because if they told me right now that a person never got to that, I would have no logical reason to believe them, they couldn't even find this out when it was told to them and they were warned it was happening.

See this red roof?

That's not part of the Stronghold. I believe it belongs to a Tavern. As I said, at some point it was possible to stack different buildings in the same spot. There are very likely WHs and Cellars there too.

Not every error means that "the servers get hacked".
