On the edge of quitting the game due to massive cheating and Extortion Continued

Okay Everyone I could not post to the now closed Forum Thread but will give an update. Many who are sitting on the Russian Resource bots can now see they the Dot is Red (meaning it has been shutdown). This has other aspects which will happen.


The Primary issue is still "they" taught the Bots how to hunt prizes for Ships... That is the hack which allowed them to grow so large. Anyone who as seen the diary of a resources bot knows it had no defense and did nothing but upgrade for Max resource. Thus the resources were high until lately when we have seen the amount of rum fall off.. which  I suspect it was being diverted to support large numbers of troops in a haven. WE know that Plarium created Etchings to allow Haven to upgrade Rum Distilleries. This was after the fix where people reached Max limit of the troops before they started to abandon ship.

Now back to the opening statement, This means the free resources everyone gathered and fought over are going to be reduced. It also means that you will have to kill high level enemies to get a good Block for the Top 10 for Ransom. Oh the world has changed.

Top Ten for Resources will change also.

In reality Plarium is doing something, they are cutting off their nose to spite their face. They can not figure out the Script for Lighthouse Prizes, which allowed this whole thing happen.. The Russians know it and if are careful can not be traced.

The Sick part is that potentially All Plarium Games are compromised by the same flaw...  They overcharge so that you can go kill something and looking at the last months it is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.. Whether you call it PVP or Experience. As I have read they are a 90 million dollar company who smartly in their policy prevent access to the Developers who created the issue...

From that I suspect the same basic code is used in all Plarium Servers which makes it even worse... The only things which are changed is the names of the Objects and the coin of the realm.


The word is if the Hack is not overused, it is almost untraceable. You do not know how many parrots have died finding this tidbit, and no one will admit to knowing more. They will not as it gives them some small advantage against Plarium's Greed.

With Fre1quent Crashes in Flash no matter what browser it appears that Plarium has turned on Debug to catch what they can from users.

 PS In a separate ticket tell Plarium that the Personal Events are not worth the effort as they give nothing useful to go kill anyone. Ask how can you make money.

As a new player, of less than 90 days, this problem is a huge disappointment.

I've been having fun here...an escape from real-life...

I've dipped into my wallet to help build up my haven quicker...

I'd look forward to the weekend special offers!

The Halloween Ruby special deal was awesome! 

I was ready to buy all 3 offers at $19.80 each!!!

Hi, guys!

First of all I'd like to give you some more info why tickets get closed without resolution.

Mostly it happens with bug report tickets. Once you submit such ticket, you receive an automatic reply saying that Support Team has received your report, it will be checked, verified and passed to game-developers for fixing. If they need more details, they will contact you.

If you weren't contacted back, it means that you gave all necessary information to investigate and identify the issue. 

As for the major issue you've mentioned in your post, we regularly run a security script that identifies all violations. So players cannot receive in-game currency, Items or Resources in unfair way. 

However, as you have mentioned, there is an issue with multiple accounts that can give an advantage to their owner. Such cases are always investigated individually by Support Team. If they suspect them to be bots, not just alts, they pass such cases to our in-game security specialists that take the necessary measures to secure our game.

We have recently identified a number of players that were violating our rules. Their accounts were banned. Unfortunately, I am unable to give you more details as this information can be given only to the account owners due to our Privacy Policy.

I can assure you that each report is carefully investigated by Support Team, and you are free to contact them in case you have noticed the suspicious activity on a server. However, please refrain from calls to 'spam' Support.

And of course all further attacks that are going on my harbor from these bot managed accounts. They bots are doing a coordinated attack, all attacks will land within a time frame of 2 minutes , as you can see here:

So it is an orchestrated attack. As i said, the bots have no rum cellar, no tavern and their harbor infrastructure consist of only level 1 gold and lumber mines, how can they produce so many units?

This is very sad as the first bots arrived 2 years ago meaning the LACK of SECUIRTY that Existed then still Exists. The Exploit has been expanded we have seen visual Evidence... I know you have little to no access to the Dev's but at this point the $90 million Company called Plarium needs to spend a few of ill gotten gains to hire Outside Security Experts who actually know what they are doing... For a Database to go that long being unpatched is Criminal. The super down side is this All Plarium Games have the same basic FLAW which has gone unpatched. It Also means that because of stupidity Eveyone's Credit Card Information might be at risk...

Wakeup People... the Game is Dead... and Plarium twiddles their thumbs... There is No Clear Statement from Plarium this is what we Found and this fixes that... More Smoke and Mirrors...

So that Everyone knows I Trust Plarium Support less than I TRUST Spenpal..

Now for the Support side...... I have submitted Pic's and they ask for more and state we can not reproduce it and then close the ticket... Sorry they are a large group of underpaid staff  who are told give nothing to the Player.

To be Honest Spenpal has been my Enemy for about 2 years.. I do have Respect for him which I no longer have for Plarium.

 It time for everyone to start looking for a New Game to Play which does not have Plarium in the name.

 Please file a Ticket asking when they expect the game to be fixed if they can fix it...H3lll flood the Support staff that is the only way they know they have a serious problem.. Do Not accept we are working on it and then see the ticket Closed You Deserve an Answer just as I do...

 Please tell your people to stop fighting ore killing anything as it cost you troops which they want you to buy back.
