i want to thank you for you latest Posts and statments, i thin i know better now where you stand and how the communication with plarium works.

Nevertheless, i dont see a bright future for this game. I hope plarium will find something suspicious at RuAl way to Play and that they decide to kick/ban them or whatever.

Should we file a petition to remove RuAl or make a good investigation on them ?

Should someone who live in Ukraine hire a layer and file a law suite against plarium for not doing there job and the money that some of us lost ?

Should we pay/bribe one of RuAl to tell us how are they cheating ?

I can't find anyway to prove the cheat/hack ....our hands are tied.

Cheats where not proven by any of us , th best guess is that they are using multiple account in there 3 Bh : RuAl + destroyer +VetRan and player are going in and out from the 3 BH.

They are using something the game allows which is alters...they are abusing it but Plarium allows it so what can you do ?

if we have something from support here like ''The game developers are aware of the situation with Havens which are operated by the third-party software'' what we need more ? are you still happy to see how big brotherhoods loosing their positions earned with hard work and real MONEY by cheaters ? are you? seriously ? that is lame dude !

I know that these days were hard for many of you because of the situation described in this thread.

I would like to give you some more insight on the current situation.

As I said before, we checked several suspicious accounts that were reported. And we can confirm that they received their Units in a fair way, without using any cheats/scripts/bots/etc. 

However, I do agree that the situation looks suspicious from a player's point of view. And I agree that it should be investigated more carefully. Many of you have reported these players to Support Team. Also, some details were passed to me by our forum Moderators who share your game experience and help us, Community Managers, to understand our players better. They helped a lot with gathering the necessary information from within the game and from you. 

I talked to our Support Team about this issue, and we have passed all the details we have to our in-game security specialists. So they will investigate more players and take the appropriate measures if needed. 

Of course you'd like it to be done as soon as possible. But unfortunately, the investigation process will take some time. I will keep you guys updated on this case. And I already asked our security guys to speed up the process of investigation, because it's extremely important for you. 

As soon as I get any details, I will either post them on Forum or ask our Moderators to pass this information to you.

Thanks for passing the message. but i still dont understand; does this mean that you are sure they got their units in a fair way ? or that plarium cant find out how they are doing this ?

I am concerned, that Plarium is simply not able to track down the cheaters/cheat-mechanism. I believe this to be true... Thus the answer everything was done in a legit way  for the one account they inspected. Sure, if you can't find something simply because your tools and/or knowdlegde is not sufficient enough, then the Lighthouse desaster looks fine for ONE account.

For a long time there is evidence and there is an official response from Plarium, about what RuAL does not violate the rules, do not use cheating and hacking does not use bots.

Instead of apologizing to the false accusations, the players continue to insult members of the BH, calling cheaters, and the troops are not honest))))))

Dear Administration, as corresponds to the rules of the forum, the publication not how it confirmed the charges? Is not time to put things in order?

I won't mind to learn the trick, so we can play on even terms. Mind telling us? Did you write the script on your own or is it downloadable somewhere?

false accusations? how about the rows and rows of  the exact same level of accounts that belong to Rual and Destroyer and now Veteran?

There is confirmation, then you say that the hack. You forgot the part saying that they continue to investigate your BH. This ain't over yet. I am pretty sure, Plarium ist about to realize what damage you have done to their game (and thus their income) and they will act. While it is not all that you say unsubstantiated accusations.
