My Friend became Level 15 and I got 5 Silver Coins but the 5.000 Gold, Wood and Rum have not arrived. I made sure I have enough Space left for all of that. I refreshed the Page also.

Resource bonuses/rewards almost never go to your warehouse/cellar. Instead, they are added to your Smugglers' Den, under the "Resources" tab. Please check there.

Even though this behaviour makes sense for resources (to prevent overfill, raids, and/or loss (of rum due to negative prod)), I totally agree with you. I do remember seeing that info somewhere, but - unfortunately - it's not consistently available throughout the game.
IMO, it's more confusing with etchings: they also end up in Smugglers', even though there is absolutely no reason for that (there is no limit on them, they cannot be raided, won't expire on their own,...). And then you get to claim them one by one, even when you get 50 individual etchings as a reward.
