i come on line this morning to find I had my butt handed to me, auto harbor did not work even when I engaged it, it left my troops out , the flu is killing now in the states especially Alabama so I haven't checked it but just ehn when I did, nothing is working , I feel like all should look into this and help me out, I don't lie and tell stories at all, my habits are the same in each server , I am very unhappy right now, and I spend money  in your game but I think its time to slop or slow down because I feel like that was done on purpose , I have wonder about certain things going on in here like would find a extra charge on card , troops out of harbor when I know I haven't played that heaven yet, is there funny business going on? 

I pay all for it to work, this time it didn't and I expect an answer also please, I have spent over 5000 dollars in a years time so think hard and long how you answer this and what you do as I don't expect all back as I should but at least 50% back or something to show you care about us money players. tony hanners is my name and the haven was thann with indy in the siren server,  I enjoy this game but I don't feel like this was right as it wasn't my fault, my chat or nothing was working this morning in that heaven so help me please and you will have a customer who spends more or one who lets it dry up.--your choice
