Because you are probably using Chrome and it updated to the new default = Flash off.

Settings - Content settings - Scroll down - Flash - "Ask first before allowing sites to run flash."

Most sites have switched from using Flash to Html 5, and Chrome browser by default chooses to use html instead of flash. You can use the above method to check if flash is enabled. It should normally work it is set to enabled, and if you don't want to enable flash on every site you can click "ask first before allowing sites to run flash" and "manage exceptions" and type https://plarium.com in the "allow" part. They seem to have recently changed the layout so there is no "done" button but it seems to save what you have entered anyway.

However, I have found that this does not work if you are using Chrome in incognito mode. So far, the way I have got Chrome to use flash player in incognito mode is to type chrome://flags/#prefer-html-over-flash in Chrome's address bar then scroll down the list on the page and change the "prefer html over flash" to "disabled". It worked like magic - until today! There is no longer any mention of "prefer html over flash" in the flags list so it can no longer be changed. I have contacted Chrome about this.

So will just have to use another browser till there is a solution.

Just found a method that works, even in incognito. Full details here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6148059?hl=en&ref_topic=7437824 Summary: click the little lock symbol or letter i to the left of the address bar of the Chrome browser. A drop-down menu will appear. On the drop-down list is Flash and to the right of the word "Flash" is a tiny drop-down arrow. Select "Always allow on this site." After that you should be able to see the game if you reload the game page.

You're right, it works. We also recommend this method to our players :)

Remove Chrome...

Save data when it asks...

Install a fresh Chrome from...

https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

Set Flash as instructed and it should work fine.

I would NOT allow any site to just run it... Set it to ask for your permission.
