Resource Collection Issue OR Login Issue

Hello Everyone,


We have been receiving complaints again about an old bug (Game Stuck @ 0%) Please Follow following steps:

1st Solution: Step 1 : Click logout icon as shown in image below. 

Step 2: Login Again & Voila!!!


2nd Solution: Step 1 :  Go to Control Panel --> Internet Options  --> General --> Browsing History (Written only not a tab) --> Delete

Step 2 : Login to Game Again


3rd Solution: Press Ctrl+Shift+N for Chrome (Incognito Mode) & login to game.


4th Solution: Try a Different Browser


We have also been receiving Complaints regarding treasures(when we click collect/recall/capture) Building is opened instead of the respective action or sometime game crashes.


Above solutions working for these as well.


Please follow these steps & let us know if it is not working.


In the mean time our Dev Team is also working on these bugs so you guyz can be saved from these hassles.


We the Plarium Team will really appreciate your patience/understanding in the mean time.

Sorry if this is not the correct forum for this bug report: I noticed just a few minutes ago when I applied 2 20k lumber resource packs that the 40k lumber was not added to my total. The 2 packs disappeared and I received the message congratulations your resources have been credited (something like that effect) but the lumber was NOT credited. Can you please look into this?

Hi. I was in another BH a while back and earned some rewards but was let go before the rewards were redeemable. Even with the transfer to a new server I still have these rewards dangling that I cant collect. I feel like its been a year now. How can I get rid of this notification?

I just did a trade of resources, 36k gold for 72k rum, an exchange which was to take about 50 minutes each way. I changed servers temporarily. When I returned in time for the trade my delivery of gold was made but the rum delivery never took place. ???????????????

Further to my last post, I just made two more trades and my resources are being delivered but there are no resources coming back to me. I then had a friend send me resources and it showed them delivered at his end but the delivery did not take place at my end. That is to say, no resources are deliverable to me at this point in time............
