Issue with the wrong data on Facebook

Hello, Captains.


Unfortunately, some players have faced an issue with wrong data in their accounts on Facebook. We are doing our best to fix the affected accounts as soon as possible.


To fix the issue we need your assistance:

Please avoid military actions between affected and non-affected players.


We are going to block and protect all affected accounts that were added to the form till the fix of the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just so you know some the non-affected players are using this to issue to hit Bastions and Presidios of affected players. And now affected players can do nothing.

Dear players.

Here is an update regarding the issue with wrong data on some players’ accounts.



We have temporarily blocked the majority of affected Havens. As soon as the issue is fixed, we’ll unlock them.

UPDATE: The issue has been fixed.

Now all the affected game accounts should be unlocked. Please log in to the game, clear the browser cache for all time, and check if the account data is correct.

We have informed our developers about the issues with missing troops, missing Brotherhoods and Bastions. These issues are related to the recent irregularities on Facebook servers. The devs are working hard to solve the issues as soon as possible. We will inform you about any news in this thread.

If your Units vanished from Presidios, Brotherhood Bastions or your fellows' Havens without any battle reports, that means you were affected by our server technical issue. Please fill out a compensation form by following this link, and our Support specialists will investigate your game logs and restore your losses.

1) The link will be available until Friday 7:00 A.M UTC;

2) If you have previously contacted Support, you do not need to fill out this form.

3) Support will carefully investigate everyone’s requests on a case-by-case basis;

4) The investigation might naturally take some time. The approximate terms are not defined;

Please keep calm, we are working it. Yes, it will take some time to return troops. First, we need to collect all info about losses and then we will start restoring troops. Now, we are in the first stage.

Any update? I still don't have all my defense troops . I wrote 1 week ago, and I would like receive some update about that issue. Thank you.

Could you please specify if you have submitted a ticket to our support? If so, then we will reply to you as soon as possible. This case is still being processed. We appreciate your patience.

Hi

Yes, I submitted it using the form. But  there isn't any confirmation that you received my ticket .

So... what I can do ? Waiting  and praying...  I have patience.  

But please remember that you did the mistake, not your customers. ;-)

We have received the game logs from our developers and will be reimbursing the lost troops starting on Monday-Tuesday. You will receive our reply when your troops are returned.

I have sent a ticket concerning my lost defence weeks ago, Will it be returned very soon?  I know someone who has lost all is defence too, does he have to send a ticket too if he wants to have is defence back or will it be automaticaly returned?    Thank you

This issue is still being processed and we are returning the units manually. 

Please ask your friend to submit a ticket to our support via this link and specify the following subject: PToF FB disappeared units issue. Thus we will surely investigate his account logs.
