about RuAL demanding REAL money for "protection" from attacks as soon as the replies starting talking about alt accounts.  the threat that the top BH leaders receieved is different from alts or even from the use of scripts to automate game play.  Alt accounts and scripts may be against the Terms of Service, but they are not criminal conduct. Here is a sample complaint to send if you have received an extortion threat or observed other ACTUALLY UNLAWFUL conduct:

Attached to this complaint is a screencap of a threat made within your game environment, sent to me, and which I have confirmed was sent to at least ___ others.  As of this message's date, the in-game coordinates of the apparent sender is located at ______,  and this haven is listed as a member of the "________" brotherhood.  This threat plainly violates your Terms of Service by demanding money in an extortionate manner.
