Since 5 days in my bank account Exist -25234 (minus or negative)
Why ? and what's solution

I would say that's because you cheated and managed to hack Plarium, but I guess you would't be complaining here then^^
I had a friend who got that too.
Can't be of much help I'm afraid...

Most likely, your in-app purchase was reversed and the funds were sent back to the source of the payment, therefore the in-game currency has been deducted from your balance.
Please note that there was no system error in this case. Your balance has become negative because you spent the received currency before the payment reverse.
