Players not being able to log into their accounts

Something has happened to several of my players when they were on last night, the game went down and they haven't been able to log back in since. They sent support tickets but now that I've seen that several of my players are affected by this it has to be some sort of server issue plarium is having. Anything I can tell my members to do other than send support tickets.

I now have 6 members that this is happening to. After the game crashed last night they can't access anything with plarium's name in it. So it has to be some sort of server crash.

Whatever made the servers crash has been repaired for the most part. Support is still working on the  bugs. I've got many within my own crew that still can't get on. Unfortunately they'll have to wait a bit longer. Also have those crew effected try clearing cache and their cookies. During the crash incognito mode would work, which I would believe that means the cookies need to be cleared. Finally some of the mods found that using the puffin browser did allow them to login. At the very least your players can harbor their troops while waiting to login via chrome or firefox.

Yes same happened to me and I lost the last day and missed the ultimate collection for being on 60 days straight. Not fair guys .This sucks.Would like recompense for the failure.

My members still can't get into the game. Support contacted them with the usual clear cache, etc...but they can't get into any plarium site. So the 8 members that I know of will have losses also, and one was 2 days from a 90 day rewards login...

If you're players are unable to access the forum as well the following screens may help

To access the menus on the next screen you can either right click on the internet connection icon in the taskbar or type network in the start menu.

  then follow the following screens.





This should help your crew out.
