Game refuses to load on some days

This is very frustrating. It's been happening for awhile and I've heard other players say similar. I just couldn't play game for nearly 3 days. Every time I try to open game, it just sits on loading screen saying 0%

I've lost out on sketches, my daily reward counter has reset, and it's not the first time it's happened.

When it occurs I try Firefox, Chrome, but it doesn't seem to make a difference which browser I use. I'm getting pretty fed up. If I have to go through it again I think I'll just go find another game.

This issue was known to us and we have been providing info on the forums as you can similar threads around. (That's why player should visit forums as well)


Solution:


Clear your cache, cookies & history (All of it)

Login Again & it will work.

Update to latest version.


I will prefer Chrome, if it is not working try firefox.


I know you said you tried both but follow the steps earlier & than try again.

The support team knows about this issue and is currently working on a resolution. Please be patient, a few bugs have been found and will most likely a patch will be applied to address all issues at once.

The solution I use to deal quickly with that problem is to log out (top right button of your 0% login screen), and log in again.

Another solution I found was to login with gmail. Seems to work better than other solutions at the moment

IE 7  Is getting zero load right now. I was playing and the game kicked me out.
I switched over to Opera and signed back on with no problems.
I went and cleared all cookies, cache and History and still get zero load on IE 7.

Still logging in fine on Opera.
I have logged in the last 260 days in a row.

When ever you need to preserve your log on prestige 
Use a different browser.. I also can resort to fire-fox - but i have never had lack of log on with Opera.

I will safe guard haven and do basics on opera and keep checking on IE 7 until it works again.
IE 7 can get a lot more done fast and I am used to refreshing often before game freezes as it does.
This method has served me well when doing time sensitive operations.

So, I've been trying to make sure cache is clear each time this occurs, but I did have an incident yesterday where I was not able to login at all and clearing cache would not help the issue. I didn't expect to actually be able to login today, but just tried and things worked perfectly.

Good to know this issue is being looked into, it's quite frustrating when I lose dailies and time. If it happens again where clearing cache doesn't work I'll try to get additional information and maybe a screenshot if it helps. When it happened yesterday it did not appear the same way as the 0% loading thing. I think the screen was just blank.

Yesterday our servers for down. It did effect people couple of time and lately been taken care by our developers.


it will not happen again :) & Be sure that our dev team is looking into each & ever thing and they always works very hard to give you a smooth game experience.
