Purchase issues

It seems that some players are having trouble purchases (rubies, Battle Pass,...). Plarium is aware of the issue and they are investigating it.

In the meantime, restarting the app (or, even better, your PC) usually solves the problem.

For those of you who have experienced this problem, please help the team's investigation by collecting the logs from your app and sending them to the support as a "Payment issue".

Restarting pc fixed it for me.

Rebooted computer No luck 

It would not allow my other account to make this purchase either

I am sorry it didn't work for you. 😔

Please, try to grab the logs from the app and send them to Support, as I described above. The devs need all the data they can get, in order to be able to diagnose and fix the problem, making the logs of those who still have the problem invaluable.

For those of you who still had the above issue with purchases, it was just fixed. Before buying again, you need to restart the app (no need for reinstalls if you're up to date already, just a restart).

If the problem persists after restarting, please tag the Support as described in my first message above. Don't wait for someone else to do it, because unless such a report is received, the issue will be considered resolved and won't be investigated any further.
