Can not select country when purchasing a Rubie package in the app

When using the Plarium app and I attempt to purcahse a pacakage there is not a place to select a country but on the web browser there is.  I live in one country but my account is in another and this was fine until the last Plarium app update. Can you please fix the issue with the app?

On the the Plarium app I can not select the country of my credit card which is different than the country I live in Please fix this as soon as possible.  Web page works fine.

Why not? Are you getting an error? If so, what does the error say? Please, include a screenshot of the error if possible.

If you're not getting an error, what's is stopping you from raising a ticket?

I got it to generate three weeks ago still nothing from Plarium  I followed up 4 times

Check for replies in your spam folder. They often tend to end up there. 😟

If you cannot find a reply, please send me your ticket number (here or in portal's chat).

Here is the last thing I got from them on the 10th of Dec. Nothing since then I have sent 4 request for updates.
