RUNES ANYONE HAVE STRAIGHT ANSWER TO THIS

I am just curious . Either this is a big glitch or you should release detailed runes instructions. if you look at my rockwing boost info shown next to the unit. it shows ONLY my swiftness rune boost and not even accurately runes states 12% but characters shows 22.4%. the really important thing is that swiftness is the lowest runes protection for dragons i have . and if you add up the runes defense boost for dragons it should actually be 74%. I URGE EVERYONE TO CHECK THIS AS WELL. so where is the OTHER 50% or defense boost i am suppose to be getting for my runes?? If this doesnt actually stack why wasnt it made clear. If it doesnt stack how does game select which rune to use? Seriously i have paid to get some runes so this isnt just a freebie thing here this is why have i wasted my money thing. Regardles sof answer or explanation you have i would greatly appreciate a response. Again i urge all to check this with various units as this has shown to be true of all my defense units they are missing the larger portion of defense boost i am supposed to have via runes. Which means i have lost battle grounds i shouldnt of and have lost to raid attempts i shouldnt have. this is a serious issue as either game is NOT working properly OR players have been mislead as to the value of runes in game

This is an average number. Runes give 4 Defense bonuses against 4 types of Units. If you open the detailed Unit stats, you will find them there. Total Unit strength is an average number of 4 Defense stats against 4 Unit types. And the Swiftness effect is also average here.

basically your telling me the multiple defense runes DONT stack instead are averaged(not genereally known). same thing with offense except offense runes only give boost to one type. this would be much needed info BEFORE anyone choses to spend real money to earn percentage(the percentage is thus a complete lie and misleading) such as myself i would not of spent hundred of dollars buying packages if i knew that what adds up as over 75% is actually averaged and gives only 22% boost.. such a waste of time and money and how deceptive the numbers displayed actually are

also curious if the 4 defence numbers for 4 unit types arent meant to be individual why list them as such. ie it shows eachs runes defense by unit type. that basically means nothing  and is just pane misleading to your players

You can apply only one Rune to one Unit type at a time. There's no way to stack multiple Runes. Each Rune increases Defensive stat of a certain Unit type against 45 other Unit types. And total Defense value is calculated as an average value of those 4 numbers.

First i would like to thank you for replying to this with a explanation i do appreciate that. However, i am hoping i am not understanding this as it would mean i wasted a large amount of time and money to get my runes to level 12 for almost nothing. Might i suggest a helpful video put on the help section for the use of runes and how they actually affect the units. As i am understanding(which i hope is wrong) if i have 3 level 12 runes for defense(the ones that show it affects all 4 types of units) and i send 200 king mages 500 mages 2250 trees(cant remember unit name at moment) the runes only benefit ONE of the unit type IE the king mages the rest get 0 benefit from the runes and the king mages only get a fraction of the percentage displayed on runes not the full combined benfit? if this had been made clear prior not only wouldnt I of spent time and money leveling them faster i doubt i would of even bothered equiping them.

I guess you're right. Some Tutorial about Runes won't hurt :) I'll see if there's anyone willing to create it :)
