well now i think there is something fishy ongoing with this ranking stuff. We had a similar other thread as well.

OK, How about an update on this Major Problem...The Clan Hall rankings are locked and have been for a long time.

something is broken and it needs fixing.. ive already submitted tickets to plarium and i got a canned response that it was being forward to your "specialists" and that my ticket was marked as closed.. i found this response to be insulting. Im 100% positive the code that governs clan rankings, influence, territory and keepers of the flame achievement is BROKEN.

Our Clan has worked hard to upgrade these obelisks and all i get is a canned response from your "support team" .. this is by far the poorest customer service ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Plarium needs to take ownership of the problem, ADMIT your developers screwed up and fix it.. otherwise you will lose a lot of players. Mistakes happen, its how a company deals with them that really makes the difference.

ranking is not given because you have level 5 Obelisk even if they are together you only get so many

Mattius is right , clan ranking and territory is buggy and not updated  since weeks now 

Our clan ranking and influence is STILL stuck at 58950 and 39.9 K mi for the past 10 DAYS ... we've upgraded 2 OUTSIDE OBs to lvl 5 and now hold 6x LVL5 obelisks and still not a single movement in clan territory or influence ... ALL CLANS RANKINGS have been frozen since FEB 10th... no change to influence and territory whatsoever.

There are clans with NO obs but still hold 16.6 K mi of territory? how does that happen?

I understand your explanation about holding 5 obs not necessarily increasing your rank, BUT even upgrading 1 ob to lvl 5 in the middle of some big clans territory gives you a bare minimum 0.5 K mi of territory and some influence ... upgrading 2 outside obelisks should always give a nice jump to influence.

The other issue is KEEPERS OF THE FLAME is broken.. we hold 6x lvl 5 OBs and it still it stuck at saying our clan has 4/6 towards lvl 6 of this achievement when we should have already gotten this achievement... we've held 6 fully leveled obs for days now. no lvl 6 achievement.

Im an experienced player and would not post something in a forum unless there actually was a major issue... i have better things to do with my time like run our clan.

Mattius please be patient, you know programming is not a piece of cake.

As scald mentioned in another thread that it will take a little time so please.

We know it is quite annoying for players. But we need your co-operation as well. Investigation is going on and very hopefully it will be solved in upcoming week.

eh okay, sorry, i was just talking over from my experience, my clan does not hold obelisk we have a tendency of killing them :)

so maybe i havent been informed that the game might be glitching there....

Yes you are patient mattius & i really appreciate your understanding and nice things you just said about me :D

You know due to large number of ticket it is hard for game staff to send in detailed reply. I know it feels bad even to me on some occassions but we have got to understand. I will poke my CM when he gets back into his office on Monday and will let you know about this okay?

Most of us are very annoyed by this freeze :(

This issue of clan rankings, influence, territory and keepers of the flame not working properly (or essentially being frozen) has been now ongoing for two weeks... any word on a fix?

I believe FAZI said there should be news from the developers on Monday.. 

We need to know that plarium is actively working on this issue .. 2 weeks is a LONG time for such a glaring tech issue to go unresolved.

Mattius we did get a reply, But they said they are still investigating. Coding seems to work fine and they were unable to track down the glitch. News was not so good so i didn't reply.

Believe me developers are working actively on this issue along with their other tasks. I hope it will be resolved soon.

Sometimes bugs can be hard to find.

Would like to know, if admins can give award mannually if clan can prove with screenshots, that has the capture of the Obs..

Other item, Plarium best loose some time here in game, as i see lots leaving because nothing work as it should...

This is a PVP Wart Game, so whats the point fighting if above does not work....

Our developers are doing their best to fix this bug. We really appreciate your understanding and patience. If I have any news about it, I will let you know. And please do not worry, the progress will not be lost, all the contributions will be counted.

Any difficulties can show you who is the real trusted member of the clan and who is loyal to you and his clan-mates.

it's not like hard times, just lack of success feedback kills one's motivation. keeping the motivation in the game is based on the 'do x for a reward' model, and in this case 'reward' part is not working.

so, can Jeff motivate his clanmates to continue contributing and sacrificing only by himself? is it really his job? it is only partly. he already did a great job leading his clan thru several checkpoints, but only to face another problem - promised reward is lacking. he can't do anything about that without support from plarium. 

OK, most of us (forum members) are aware of this problem, some players are as well. why not make an announcement about this problem? say you are sorry and assure everyone that everything will be settled "soon". heck, you can even give a small reward to all players as a some sort of compensation or an act of good will. this will help keeping motivation of players at some level. most people can identify with the feeling of "worked hard with no (promised) reward", and that feeling is terrible. on the other hand, most people like sincere, humble companies who take care of their users.
