Lord Marshals! 2015 was a very important year for us as we released Nords: Heroes of the North. Thank you for being with us.

Below is a list of the most epic features we have in the game! Lay down your arms for a moment, and vote for the best feature of the game!

A) Champion and Inventory!

B) Björn's gifts! Runes!

C) Auto Troop hider!

D) Instant Recall item!

E) Stronghold Guards!

For me best feature in this game is catacombs. If Nords would not have this unit hiding feature I would not play this game.

Well, from the given list I would say A (champion and inventory).

From the provided list, .. a) Champ and inventory are the best feature by far.


Even strongly encourage further development of these features. For example, chosen Champ’s race could have some impact on game mechanics like:

10% of all Offence bonuses for Orcs

10% of all Defenses bonus for Elfs

and balanced 5% of bonus for all O and D for Nords;


This would even give some tactical benefits to Champ changing, so it would not be just about cosmetics.

I think you guys fixing every little bug... would be the Greatest gift of all.

Fix all the bugs before adding new features that will cause More bugs.........

when playing Nords, I feel like I'm navigating through an old run down house in Slow Motion trying to Find/Fix Things...... it's Horrible.

For me its the stronghold guards. If you can add an upgrade feature for the guards like the canon and the walls would be fantastic.

A) Champion and Inventory!


At the moment the champion and the inventory are the major interesting things but i think to max. this it is needed to put it in a way in the game that are some objekts I could get are more Special. That they are not purchasable and only to get through special fights!



B) Björn's gifts! Runes!


Yes it is a goog thing but I don't need resources sometime and I get some. When I could get things I need I would like the function more then at the moment. It don't need to be much but I want the feeling of usefulness! The timer booster are nice but why to get 15 min boosters when I don't have times that are in this Period of time! May lesser gifts but more for the level of the player.



C) Auto Troop hider!


I don't think it has a greater function!



D) Instant Recall item!


I didn't use it! I find it to expensive!



E) Stronghold Guards!


I don't like the way they are shown on the map! May they could fief on the wall, walk or have a building to
celebrate and drink.

Oooooh Nice! Now I can say a few things, and maybe even be heard, lol! 

First off, my vote on the given options above - Personally I would say it is between Bjorn's gifts (Although he may want to throw in something really cool every once in a while, like an exotic unit or two, maybe even a legend ; )), and the Stronghold Guard.

Alrighty then, now for those few things lingering in my mind as I play the game.

1) Bugs

Been said before plenty of times, no need for me to rant on any further on it. The reason I mention it though is because it's probably the most pressing issue on which most can agree. PLEASE sort out the performance of the game first before adding any new features or enhancements.

2) Training Units

I think it would be really cool if you changed the set-up of the training facilities to be able to train more of the same class of troops at once. What I mean is, being able to train all Northman types at the same time for instance. Instead of having only one line for Northman we have lines for each class (Spearman, Maidens, beserkers etc), and as we unlock the pacts we can than decide - Ok, I want to train 50 Spears, 50 Maidens and 100 Beserkers - and all will train at the same time. Doing the same with the Orcs, Elves and Dragons.

3) Maximum Settlements

We have five types of resource settlements to be found, but only have the option of holding 3 max at any given time, no matter how high your level. It would really be great to be able to work your way up towards being capable of holding all types of settlements. Maybe when we reach skill level 30 we then unlock the next 30 skill levels, which then when completed unlocks 4 max settlements. Then we again unlock the last 30 skill levels, which when completed unlocks the 5th settlement spot.

I have a few more, some have already been mentioned by others on another thread, but that can wait for another day.

i dont really anything from that list is the "greatest" feature


magic is fun, i love that feature

the new troop type , keep em coming :)

instead of ability for pay for XP if you must rather sell skill points, the buying XP ability is terrible, because it makes for clans to know how far someone is upgraded very difficult, or how much time this person invested in playing the game, many cash player in to this game only short term and than they useless to a clan, they also often lose cannons .. the ability to but XP up to level 70 was a big mistake.. there are tons of ways to make money , XP sells are a really bad idea in this game.. you could also make fireborn status more appealing to be constantly active, an other way of long term income


the defense bonus of guards is far to low .. 10000 is absolutely nothing in this game, even if you have a million defense in your stronghold it will be wiped out like a fly with a fly swap.. its just not worth it for the price and performance .. many players only buy them for cosmetic reasons and bragging rights

auto troop hider is ridiculous for the price and the little time it gives , it would be a great feature if it would be active for a month , but 4 hours for that price ?! what ever troops you lose while sleeping are cheaper to revive then using the auto hide feature, hell i sleep longer than 4 hours , its completely pointless... increase the time its active and reduce the price THAN i sign up, like this its a waste of emeralds.. you banking on a lot of players are to lazy or dont have the ability to do basic math :) now imagine how much more money you guys would make if you make this feature actually worth while

i like how the runes work and how long it takes to grind them to top level , same with the items , as feedback when i buy packages i always only get northern keys , they completely useless to higher level players , i already have 70 northern keys, and they just keep piling up every time i buy package deals 

instant recall is good, but i will rarely use them.. i play this game now in my 4th month and i could only recall one instant where it would have been useful to me

my favorite are tournaments , especially clan tournaments

really like the elixir feature as well 

i really love how the troops are balanced in this game, EXCEPT that when defending an obelisk defensive dragons are a priority to die even if i have FAR more mages both in numbers and offensive strenght, my guess is this is because dragons are more likely to be revived , how ever this makes me not want to buy any dragons , its counter productive sells strategy in the long-run .. in my example i have around 4000 mages and 400 spearshooters defending, YET the spear shooters die all the time , not so the mages , i actually purchased the spearshooters, but because they die so often i can guarantee i wont be buying a single one anymore, and every time there is a oberisk carnage tournament i just remove all my dragons from the oberisk to save them

reducing the price for resources was a really smart move, i was not even considering ever buying resources , now i buy 30k packs every day, you made 1000s of emeralds just from me because of this super smart move

the game is to graphic intensive , the dragon doesn't need to fly every 20 seconds , all of the guards dont need to walk and cross their swords, 

its awesome , but i have to close my window after 30 minutes if game play to clean my memory banks because you graphics eat all of my memory

What I need the most is better trading, resources, units and items management : 

- sharing resources, 

- sharing items, 

- to give (or to sell) units to clan members. 



A) Champion and Inventory!

It's nice, with time reduced, it's certainly the best feature. But still take too much time with high levels items. 


B) Björn's gifts! Runes!

Cost of unsetting runes of levels 5 and more is too expensive (2500 or 5000 emeralds, to take out one rune ??).  Time to forge a hundred of runes is too long, it should be semi-automatic.


C) Auto Troop hider!

Never used.


D) Instant Recall item!

Never used neither.


E) Stronghold Guards!

Does it matter against 500 drakes ? Too expensives.

i would like to know how many resources each troop can carry when i am doing a raid , ex. 1 OGRE can carry 100 fish , 1000 mushrooms and 20 gal of ale , i send 500 to a raid and come out with 735 fish and 345 mushrooms when there are 45ooo of each available , this = BS

A) Champion and inventory. Altough you can make it better with some small changes:

 - Ability to drop any item, not just chests.

- A tooltip descriving the amount of time that will cost to brake an item. Now you only knows it by experiencing ...

- Drag and drop an item in top of another must interchange them.

- Now it's a bit too much expensive to get more slots. Doing it a bit cheaper will give you more "money".

B) Sometimes it's good, but sometimes it's annoying to get a resource you are full to the limit. Or getting XP from the chest it's "funny"? Etc ... But it's not a bad feature.


 C, D, E are pretty unuseful ... 


And as people say, please, please, please, fix all those bugs before adding more features. And get the play usuable without a restart every 5/10 minutes... :(

 B,  then A and last but not least E.  C and D are useful and I would use them a lot more if they were cheaper to purchase : )

Honestly you listed quite possibly the worst aspects of the game, not the best.


Reasons why...


A) Champion and Inventory! - Gargantuan p2w aspect of the game, increasing troop power by 50% or so.

B) Björn's gifts! Runes! - The gifts range from useless to insignificant at best. Runes don't even properly calculate/show on troop stats.

C) Auto Troop hider! - Overpriced and useless for the short time window.

D) Instant Recall item! - Never use em.

E) Stronghold Guards! - Nothing more than cosmetic crap noone will ever see. They add so little defense that they may as well be removed from combat entirely. All base defenses are a joke though. Noone gives a crap about your 10k defense that cost 100k emeralds, when they drop ten million in troops of them.

Le meilleur futur, personnellement, serait que les troupes que je forme, aillent directement dans les catacombes, et non dans le stronghold. Cela éviterait des pertes inutiles pendant mon absence, car je ne peux pas être 24/24h. dans le jeu Pour le reste c'est ok, sauf peut-être si les defenseurs pouvaient être légèrement plus puissants ???? Je les trouve un peu faiblard en comparaison des attaquants..... Merci de votre sollicitation.

You make such an awesome point and I 100% Agree with you on here...but this is where Plarium makes their money.... Nothing will change here unless they shift some other things (like troop strength and stuff).  Meh...
