Units Will Not Be Dismissed! When You Lack The Fire Ale to Maintain Them!

Units Will Not Be Dismissed

When You Lack The Fire Ale to Maintain Them!

Lord Marshal!

King Björn the Merciful has introduced harsher penalties for desertion. The last pack of Northmen to abandon their posts were tied to trees on top of Mount Frostbite and forced to drink yeti milk for a week!

From now on, if you don’t have enough Fire Ale to support your Units, they will not die or desert you. You can use your Resources to hire all the Units you need, and they’ll never leave you for lack of Fire Ale!

Remember that Units still consume Resources, so keep an eye on your Resource Production. While you’ll never have less than 0 Resources, your Units may use up Resources faster than you can produce them. Prevent this by constructing and upgrading all Fire Ale Breweries and Alehouses!

This seems crazy. I think it will create unfair advantage for certain players, players paying for troops. We already can negate desertion effect and resource problem  with catacombs and beacons. Its fine abut not deserting sieges and such, but as they slowly die from lack of resources is just fine.

It has its ups and downs.  It also allows ALE poor people starting the game to have larger forces.

If there is no troop loss, then why would anyone spend to keep their production up. That's like giving unlimited troop buildup without penalty.

No that is not the fact.

If you are low on Ale, or at zero, you can not build units. So you have to deal with that. You don't have unlimited troop building. You still need ale.

exactly and being only allowed to share resources with your clan, this is a BIG like for many,

you have to remember buildings and troops and updates all need resources and we all have a limited we are allowed to ask for among clan,

so anyone in there right game playing mind will keep that ale production going

They are just forgot to inform us about the changes in the Aleworks.  Fire Ale consumption % is reduced.! Example: in level 12  Aleworks was 62 % before and now it is only 49 %., it is 13 % less than before. What an unpleasant surprises!  (But of course it is understandable, otherwise who would want to buy the new Fire Ale consumption -50%  items on the Black Market.) Sorry, maybe a problem is with me, but sometimes I don't feel they are working hard to make the game a better place for all of players.

This is what we where told happen,

for the Ale issues. 1 month ago plarrium accidentally increased the production of the Aleworks from 25% up to 29%, with the previous update they return the production back to 25% which is what it was suppose to be at,

I understand why many are upset about the huge loss in the ale, but least we know we won't lose troops going negative in ale,

just need to work extra hard gaining ale to keep up with building updates and bloodpacts not to mention building troops

If troops don't die off when Ale hit '0' then I got no problem maintaining an army. Some may ask then how do I build up an army? I got 3 ways of doing that and no player can steal my ale when I log off.

1) The most basic way is to raid your neighbours. Once you get the amount of ale you need used it all up to get new troops.

2) Get it from BGs. Leave you ale stock low and chances you get ale as a reward and the amount they give out is crazy high.

3) Save up on your clan quest rewards they usually give out 1k of ale, shrooms and fishes. Just save them up until you need to build building and short of a certain resource.

Since you have a low quantity of ale in your storage when people come to raid you they will get no ale. The most they do is kill some of your troops that were generated when you were off line.
