This also happens with longarms and railguns. This has been happening to me for years now.

i don't see this problem i just see that i get hit by rocket mortar and javelin , kelix tack , even when i'm safe, all in the

Such stuff may appear due to the delay caused by the difference in the Internet connection you and your opponents have, as on the Mech Arena battleground, it's possible to meet people from all around the world. Although the delay is minimal, sometimes it may appear that you are already out of the aim, but on your opponent's end, you're still on the target.

This is not with other players though, they are bots 

Always bots. Always. Not one player has hit me like this.
