1. Promotion Description. The following Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the "Call of the Arbiter – Code Chase” - Giveaway Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, each Participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Promotion Rules and the decisions of the Promotion’s sponsor, Plarium Global Ltd., located at 2 Abba Eban Bld., 4672520, Herzliya Pituach and its affiliates (collectively, “Plarium” or “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Participants’ legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law).
2. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on May 18, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“Start Date”) and ends on July 27, 2023. at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“End Date”, and together: the "Promotion Period").
3. Promotion Type: a Giveaway of In-Game Items (“In Game Items”, or the “Gift”) to all Eligible Participants which during the Promotion Period find and submit the “Secret Codes” that are hidden within each uploaded online episode/s of “Raid: Call of the Arbiter” show that will be available for watch on YouTube designated channel, located in the following link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKsMVIY2OJRMiid_k7q4rsLfmdhQsKphZ (“YouTube”, “Raid Show”, “Episode”, and “Secret Code/s”, respectably). All, in accordance with the instructions, Eligibility terms and Submission Requirements specified in sections 4 – 6 below. Submission and participation in the Promotion is subject to the Participant’s acceptance and consent to the terms of these Official Rules and Privacy Notice, and confirmation accordingly that he has met the Eligibility requirements as set forth in these official Rules, and specifically the requirement specified in section 4 below.
4. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to users of the game Raid: Shadow Legends (the “Game”) with an active Game Account and/or Plarium ID (“Game Account”), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of Submission and who meet the Submission Requirements specified in section 5 below (“Participant” and “Eligible Participant”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Promotion Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Receiving a Gift is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. How to Submit (“Submission Requirements”). To participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period and receive a Gift, Eligible Participant must complete the following aggregated Submission Requirements:
5.1. During the Promotion Period ten (10) Episodes of the Raid Show will be released to watch on YouTube (in the link provided in section 3 above), one (1) episode will be released each week (each will be referred as an “Episode”). The First Episode of the Raid Show will be released on May 18th, 2023 and each additional Episode will be released seven (7) days afterwards (every Thursday on 17:05 p.m. Eastern Time) and until the 10th Episode release on July 20th, 2023. Accordingly, the End Date of the Promotion will be seven (7) days following the release of the 10th Episode as mentioned above.
5.2. Each Episode that will be released on YouTube will be announced, whether as in Game news or on Social Networks. Participant Watching Raid Show Episode on YouTube channel may be subject to acceptance by the Participant of YouTube Terms of Service. A link that leads to the Episode on YouTube designated channel may be offered to Users within the Event or in the Game. However, Participants are not required to enter the Episode directly from the Game in order to be eligible to make any Submission (section 5.6 below) or to participate in the Promotion. If Participants will click the link to enter the Episode from the Game, they will be directed to the designated YouTube channel of the Raid Show. No need to watch the entire Episode to make any Submission or to Participate. Watching Raid Show Episode on YouTube channel may be subject to acceptance by the Participant of YouTube Terms of Service.
5.3. Each Episode of Raid Show will include a Secret Code which will be hidden within the Episode and should be discovered by the Participant. A Participant will need to find the Secret Code, decipher the Secret Code to get a single word in English. Participants will also receive hints about the hidden “Secret Code” or how to decipher it, whether within the Game (for Android™ or for Plarium Play users), or on other publications through Social Networks channels.
5.4. Each week’s Episode and its deciphered Secret Code will entitle Participants with a Gift allocated for this Episode and the specific week. All as detailed in section 8 below.
5.5. In order to redeem the Gift for each Episode, Participants will be required to submit the deciphered Secret Code in accordance with the instructions detailed in section 8.2 below (“Submission”).
5.6. Participants will receive a notification about the successful submission of the deciphered Secret Code for the relevant week and Episode and confirmation about the acceptance of the Gift (“Gift Notification”).
5.7. A Participant can watch every Episode multiple times but only ONE Secret Code will be available for Submission each Episode in order to receive a Gift. Only ONE Gift for each Participant for each Episode. Once the Participant has submitted the deciphered Secret Code for a specific Episode, they cannot Submit the same deciphered Secret Code again to receive a Gift.
5.8. The Participant is not required to watch the Episode (in full or in part) in order to Submit and redeem the Gift for an Episode.
5.9. Once an Episode is uploaded to the YouTube designated channel (in the link provided in section 3 above), a Participant can view it anytime and find the Secret Code for that week’s Episode and redeem the Gift for this specific Episode until the End Date of the Promotion. Example: if the Participant downloaded the game and opened an account and/or started watching the Raid Show on week no. 7, they will receive the option to submit all previous 6 deciphered Secret Codes for previous 6 Episodes that were uploaded beforehand.
5.10. Once Promotion has ended, the Episodes will be available to watch on the designated YouTube channel, but no new Secret Codes will be provided or can be submitted to receive a Gift. After the End Date of the Promotion, the Promotion will end, and no Gifts can be further redeemed.
6. If a Participant has not downloaded the Game before and does not have a Game Account and Plarium IDd, Participant can download the Game to a mobile device and/or PC device (where applicable) (the “Device”) through the designated application store (on Google Play™ for Android, on App Store® for iOS), or through Plarium Play Plarium.com/en/plarium-play (all together will be referred to hereunder as “Store”); Participants can also be directed to download the Game from the relevant Store by clicking the banner located on the Promotion designated landing page. Downloading the Game and Game Accounts is free, but subject to the Terms of Use of Plarium. By downloading the Game to a Device from a Store and opening a Game Account and Plarium Id, the Participant will be subject to and may be required to accept the Store’s Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use or any applicable Store’s Privacy Policy. Visit Plarium.com to follow the links and instructions to download the Game and create a Game Account or Plarium Id.
7. Limitations and Restrictions of Participation:
7.1. THE PROMOTION IS OPEN TO EXISTING USERS OF THE GAME, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 4 AND 5 TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
7.2. GIVEAWAY AND GIFTS ARE SUBJECT TO GAME ACCOUNT/PLARIUM ID/USER ID OR IP VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE VERIFIED BY THE SPONSOR BEFORE RECEIVING THE GIFT. In the event that a Game Account/Plarium Id/ User Id/ that is not verified, the Sponsor will notify the Participant in the relevant inability to verify, with further instructions to modify or correct any omissions, if applicable, including instructions how to open a Game Account.
7.3. VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND ANY DECISIONS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY GIFT, EVEN IF A GIFT NOTIFICATION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE WIN HAVE BEEN VERIFIED OR VALIDATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND UNLESS THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
7.4. NO MULTIPLE ENTRIES PER USER OR PERSON. Submission must be made by the Participant, only in the manner described in these Official Rules and subject to the Submission Requirements. Any attempt by a Participant to obtain more than one Submission by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, accounts or any other methods, or by tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any Device to automate the Submission process, is prohibited and any entries that have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Submission cannot be resolved, the affected Submission(ies) will be deemed ineligible.
7.5. Plarium reserves the right to disqualify a Participant as Eligible Participant or prohibit a Participant to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a Giveaway and/or the In Game Items for a specific week and/or in the Promotion in whole, or disqualify a Participant, if: (I) Participant was found to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion subject to sections 5 and/or 6 to these official Rules; (II) it determines that a Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick Submission programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participants or Plarium’s representatives. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Submission cannot be resolved, the affected Submission will be deemed ineligible.
7.6. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Plarium and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies which conduct this Promotion and each of their immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Gift.
8. GIFTS
8.1. All verified Eligible Participants that completed the Submission Requirements during the Promotion Period and were verified by the Sponsor (subject to section 7.2 above), will receive the following Gifts, distributed for each Episode of Raid Show:

Total ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of all In Game Items that will be distributed in the Promotion as Gifts to one user (in the event all gifts are collected in accordance with these Rules herein) is estimated $111.
8.2. Redemption of the Gifts.
8.2.1. For Participants using Android™ operating systems, or Plarium Play (PC): sign-in to the Game Account (or download the Game/Plarium Play and open a Game Account or Plarium Id, if Participant has not already done so, in accordance with section 6 above within the Promotion Period). Click on the “RAID: Call of the Arbiter” section and go the event “RAID: Call of Arbiter Code Chase” tab (the “Event Tab”). In order to redeem the Gift, Participant should type the deciphered Secret Code in the designated location in the Event Tab. Participant will be provided with specific instruction/s in the Event Tab where and how to Submit the deciphered Secret Code. Every week, with the release of an Episode, a new section will be added to the Event Tab in order to submit the deciphered Secret Code of that week’s Episode.
8.2.2. For all Participants, including Participants using iOS operating system and devices: A designated website located in the following link: https://callofthearbiter.com/codechase will be available for redemption of the Gifts to your Game account. Participants can Submit the deciphered Secret Code for each Episode in the designated redemption website. Participant should follow further instructions as provided in the link.
8.3. Only Eligible Participants who have completed the Submission Requirements in accordance with these Official Rules as verified by the Sponsor in accordance with section 7 above, shall be entitled to receive the Gifts and the In-Game Items. No new Participants will be considered after the Promotion Period.
8.4. Only the type and quantity of Gifts and In Game Items described in these Official Rules will be awarded to Eligible Participants. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes or Gifts permitted, except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute comparable In Game Items of equal or higher value if any In Game Items listed above is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Participants will be fully responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with Gift receipt and/or use, if and where applicable.
8.5. Plarium makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Gift or other prizes furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH GIFTS OR IN-GAME ITEMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PLARIUM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.6. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual from participating in the Promotion in the event he was found to be tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Plarium reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. General Conditions.
9.1. Intellectual Property. By participating in the Promotion, every Participant hereby agrees to Plarium’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating, Plarium’s intellectual property rights in its services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Game and/or the Extension and in the course of this Promotion, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Gift or In Game Items and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. All Intellectual Property included in the Promotion (including but not limited to characters, graphics and storylines) are owned by Plarium. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Game, the Extension and any derivatives thereof are owned by Plarium. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.
9.2. Plarium reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Plarium’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.
9.3. In the event Plarium is prevented from awarding Gifts or In-Game Items or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Plarium’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Plarium shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of Gifts described in these Promotion Terms will be awarded.
9.4. As permitted by applicable laws, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
9.5. Data rates may apply if a Participant downloads and play Raid on his mobile device. Not all mobile telephone/wireless providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Promotion. Participants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans. Mobile Submission is not required to Submit or receive a Gift in this Promotion.
9.6. Promotion Conditions. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Plarium and waive any right to claim ambiguity in any Promotion or these Official Rules.
9.7. Limitation of Liability. By making a Submission and participating in the Promotion, all users and Participants agree to release and hold harmless Plarium and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (I) such Participant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Gift or In-Game Items or any portion thereof, (II) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (III) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (IV) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process or the Promotion; (V) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (VI) failure to supply the Gift or In-Game Items or any part thereof, by reason of any by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Plarium's sole control; (VII) Gift or In-Game Items’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plarium is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or Gift Notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Gift resulted by a third party service provider and the currier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
9.8. Applicable Laws. The Official Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. The Sponsor, Administrator and all Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Israel in order to resolve any disputes. You hereby agree to this binding Arbitration Agreement. In any circumstances where the foregoing Arbitration Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, the parties hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, for such purpose and you hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenience with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
9.9. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Submission cannot be resolved to Plarium’s satisfaction, the affected Submission will be deemed ineligible.
9.10. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By making a Submission and participating in the Promotion and downloading the Game, each Participant acknowledges that they have access to Plarium's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that any of the Participant’s information made available to Plarium in connection with the Promotion and for the execution and performance of the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
9.11. These Official Rules shall supersede any contradictory terms contained in the Terms of Use.
9.12. Social Disclaimer. Participants should understand that they provide their information (email, Player ID) to the Sponsor and/or to the Administrator but not to other third parties such as social networks (Facebook, Google or similar), including to YouTube. Also, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social networks as such including YouTube. Participants hereby agree to indemnify these social networks from any and all liability related to this Promotion. Where applicable and required, participants may be required to accept the Terms and Conditions of the Social Networks, including YouTube, in order to participate in the Promotion.
