my Friend request on the main website is bugged. can someone help.

As there isn't any Forums for the site itself i am posting it here.

Also, there is no way to contact these developers, their Social Media is private, their website doesn't have a valid email address and there is no way to actually report this directly to them.

Edit: they tried to help but due to me having more than one problem they wouldn't help me further :(
