support inquiry

hallo

i have two plarium id's. if i send you a support inquiry and log out my first account and login in my second account, the system delete my support inquiry. can someone help me?

thx. the problem is always here. if i close the game,the system delete my inquiry. if i send you the inquiry. i dont get a system answer. the problem is since the last update

Are the support tickets being looked at? I have entered a few over my issue and have not received a response. When I go back and check there is no record of me entering a ticket.

If you login into another account and then get back to your main, your ticket history gets erased. However, each ticket receives a reply.

I have not logged out or switched accounts. There is no record of my 3 ticket entry's or any reply to any of them. So where can I go to get help to resolve my issues I am having with the game?

Hi, friend.

I think it's a bug of visualisation. You requests are in queu and will be unswered. 

In any case you can open  a ticket from site (HERE) and support will contact you via email.

I completed the get 50k sapphires monthly quest, and was supposed to be rewarded with 20k sapphires. Needless to say, I never received the reward. Can support do something about that? I was unable to screenshot, since the new month started last night at 8.

Hi, there is no email to access support. You will need to download the screenshot and submit your complaint through the support bot.
