David N Olivia Allen, there have been some issues with the game loading on different platforms. My suggestion is to use Plarium Play to open the game. If you have further problems with the loading, please let me know directly. Thanks 😀

Hi David, I checked into it further and you must have a Mac or Windows to run Plarium Play so it can't be played on a Chromebook.

Hi maria, there are a few issues going on with the migration of the game to Plarium Play. Please submit a report to the support bot via the game...I wish I could do tech support but we are limited as moderators in what we can do. I'm sorry you are having problems with the transition.
